im starting up my journal again as some of you know im verbally commited to a d1 school and im signing on feb 2

pretty much this journal is going to detail as closely as possible all my workouts leading up to when i report to school which is looking like sometime near the end of june

my stats as of now:
height- 6'4"
weight- 260
vertical- 28"
broad- ?
40 yard dash- 4.70 timed by dan mullen btw
shuttle- 4.4
bench-360

and most importantly, be in the best shape possible



ok tonights workout was more of a recovery session
foam rolled everything
stretched everything
did band exercises for shoulders
tkes for my knees

alright fellas its been crazy here lately so i havent been able to post but today i maxed on bench and i finally got it

400-1 PR!!!!

it feels great to finally get this it has been a huge goal for me as far as lifting goes i always wanted to get it before i graduated highschool and i finally did it

thats whatsup man I'm hoping to hit that I am about 10-20lbs away I think, but your a few years my junior too.. beast mode

Subbed. I'm a grad student in Sports Sci/Exer Phys at a Div-1 program where I work with their athletes and I have to say these are great numbers bro.
