Going back to my home country in 2 months. I am currently at 18% bf and trying to cut as much as I can in that 2 months.
Do you pros have any diet plan and workout program for me?
I don't have any thing other than doing hella cardios everyday in mind.

Just looking to see if you're still around, and still serious before I throw down a 20 minute write up.
What kind of workouts are you doing, or have you done in the past? How many days a week are you looking to workout?
Two summers back I cut nearly 30lbs and went from about 20%BF to 10% or perhaps 9% in 10 weeks. It's possible, and I will help you, if you're serious about it.

How long have you been lifting? (is relevant to recommended split)
What are your goals? (Strip, pack on mass?)
There are some excellent plans for 3/4/5 day splits on the super site section, but which one is right for you will be determined by how long you have been training.

I would love to know how you managed this, as im ready to start the cutting process after beeing on a bulk for the past 10months, need to drop from 205lbs to a lean 180lbs if poss by end of april (14weeks from monday)

I'll gladly help. I promise you will hate me throughout the entire diet, though! Go ahead and open your own thread--and I will write it up for you.

Im extremely interested.. Im in the same boat sitting around 20% and looking to shred and develop muscle endurance for mma..
