Hi! okay so super new to this and to the site, I'm 5'3 and about 130lbs..I think i'm around 20% body fat. Anyways, I've always been a huge gym rat and just recently started talking to a nutritionist about changing up my diet. However, I do cardio almost 7 days a week..and that's about at least a half hour of hardcore running. I usually do some weights too but now I feel like I am kind of lost after reading how too much cardio becomes counterproductive. What should I be doing in terms of weight lifting and cardio? I would run every day and then one day do chest/back, biceps/triceps, etc...
