I weigh 151 lbs. and i started pre contest dieting and training about 2 weeks ago.
my current diet is as follows:
Breakfast:
6 eggs (5white, 1 whole)
1 cup oatmeal w/ sugar free syrup
meal 2:
shake (1-2 scoops)
meal 3:
chicken breast
1 cup brown rice or 1/2 cup oatmeal or sweet potato
meal4:
shake(1-2 scoops)
Meal5:
chicken breasts/fish
salad with italian dressing
meal 6
egg whites or shake
scoop of natty PB
I just ordered 10 lbs of myo but right now im out of protein so ive been replacing shake meals with egg whites and fat free greek yogurt.
any suggestions or is there another diet plan i could follow that would be better?

I've never prepped...but most of the replys your going to get is going to have nothing to do with what you are eating...but what your macros are. You should check out Laynes recommending pre contest article that kind of gives your some guidelines to go by and start from there. Good luck

I would say that the first thing you need to do is do a TON of reading on this forum. Go to the contest prep journals section. Thankfully most people that post their journals are now including reasonably precise information as far as exactly what they are eating.
You'll really want to read some articles about Layne Norton, Tommy Jeffers, and various other natural bodybuilders. Marc Lobliner's contest prep journals are always well detailed.
Go to Biolayne.com and check out their "books" section, a whole selection of contest prep, bulking, etc. books that are the kind of material that would really help you.
I also would suggest reading everything you can by Lyle McDonald (bodyrecomposition.com), and also check out leangains.com for different fat-burning methods.
