I have recently been diagnosed with a gluten and soy allergy. Which is why Iím having difficulty loosing weight. Iíve been struggling with loosing 10 lbs for over a year now and am getting very discouraged. Iím 5í3 135lbs and 26% body fat. Of course I carry the majority of my weight in my lower half. Iíve cut out gluten and soy and still the scale isnít moving. I count my calories, carbs and fat. I strength train 40 minutes 4-5 times per week. I also do 45 minutes of cardio 5 times a week. Iím looking for any suggestions on either diet and or workouts. Thanks!!
