Where to start really ...
I'm currently at my heaviest - I'm 5ft4 and weigh 12 Stone 2.
Disgusting I know.
I don't eat rubbish (odd take-out) I don't drink and I'm fairly active (walking / swimming) and have no health complaints. I know I have skipped meals and often eaten at the wrong time - but this I have corrected - with no change.
I know there's no quick miracles but really that's what I need!!!
My partner and I of 8 years broke up (yes I hit rock bottom during this time and found comfort in food) we're on good terms and I've been invited to his Wedding this summer (June 30th). I'm determined to transform myself ... Not for him but for me - I need to fall in love with me and begin to like myself again ...
I am 150% committed to do whatever it takes but i'm not sure how to go about it...
Firstly what diet would you all suggest?
Should I take T3 or Clenbuterol or any other fat-busting drug I've heard of - realistically I'd like to go back to the 9 Stone 5 I used to be .. How realistic is that by June???
What's the best exercises??? I don't want to bulk up to much but would like to appear more streamlined.
