I'm 18, and have been going to the gym for about 6 months with my real focus being on my last 4 months. i have strictly been doing chest/tri, back/bi every other day, 6 days a week. for 2 or 3 weeks over break, i switched it up and did chest/tri, back/abs, biceps/shoulders. i do a good amount of cardio at night and am content with my body image. my max on the bench is 225 and all other areas im pretty strong.
my question is: i always look strong because i always have that pump on, mainly because im doing upper body every day. i feel like i could be plateauing and that's the last thing i want to do. my overall goal is to have a lean body with lots of muscle for when i live at the beach this summer. do i need to switch it up and if so what should i do?
p.s. whatever i hear back im probably going to do so be right haha

It sounds like you're not giving your muscles enough time to recover and GROW.

Food + Rest = Recovery

Make sure you're getting enough of BOTH.

Try German Volume Training
Do supersets
