Hi, I need help to loose weight. I've had two babies in two years and can't seem to tighten my belly, got to get ready for swim suit season...

I had 2 babies in 13 months apart. To tighten your belly all you can do is work on your diet the 90% of it. Try your cardio in the morning before you eat. I try to get in a good 5 hours of cardio a week if you have a lot of fat to lose. Also do some strength trainning a couple hours a week . Getting a trainer even for a few sessions will help alot. I went from 205 pregnant to 175 without effort 175 was my pre pregnancy weight. Then 175 now i'm 135-137 from working out and eating a clean diet. Try getting protein in at least 5 meals low carb eat things like egg whites dairy turkey chicken etc.limit dairy and carbs. Whole grain and omega 3s like olive oil are good and you can try a book called the flat belly diet I just got it. It follows a pretty good clean eating diet. Good luck.
