i have gained 20 pounds in a year and i need to loose it. Im 5'3" and wt 144 I want to get down to 120. but im having a lot of truble not eating at night and i cant drop the wt i go to the gym 5 to 6 days a week and do up to 1hr and 30min at the gym running and wts. i have decided to drop the wts till i drop the extra pounds but i need ideas on how to stop eatting at night. i do good up to 3pm im trying to stay around 1250 cal intake a day. i need help any ideas

1250 is too low.
Calculate your caloric needs here:http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703921 and figure out what your body requires, hit your macros, eat a bit below maintenance and then go from there.
If your hunger is strongest at night save some of your calories for then and eat more protein at supper (higher satiety factor).
Why stop lifting?
