Hello all.
This is my first post. Just wanted people to take a once over a day example of my diet.
My stats are:
Weight 111kg
Height 6ft 2
Bodyfat percentage 28.7%
My total calorie intake I worked out is 3142 thats including the 500 calorie defecit. Not sure how confident I am that this is worked out correctly.
I take 2 flaxseed oil capsules everyday along with a multi vitamin. My goal is to cut body fat. I attend a gym 3 x a week and I run for 20 - 3 minutes 3 - 4 x a week.
Meal 1: 4 Apricots - 99kcal
4 Prunes - 121kcal
1 cup Porridge - 178kcal
300ml Skimmed Milk - 110kcal
1 Banana - 105kcal
3 eggs 1 whole 2 egg whites - 106kcal
Green Tea - 0kcal
Meal 2: 3oz Chicken - 94kcal
2 Rye bread - 240kcal
1 apple - 72kcal
1 Kiwi - 50kcal
5 Almonds - 35kcal
Meal 3: Protein Shake - 93kcal
300ml Skimmed Milk - 110kcal
1 Apple - 72kcal
Green Tea - 0kcal
Meal 4: Tinned Salmon 1/2 Can - 186kcal
Brown Pasta 75g - 249kcal
1 cup Mixed Veg - 47kcal
Meal 5: Salmon 1/2 Can - 186kcal

Total Protein is 188.33g Total Carbs is 568g Total Fat is 39.01g am I right in thinking i should drop some of the carbs for protein?
