Starting Weight- ~185 around 15-17% body fat.

I put on about 35 pounds over the course of a year, because I wanted to get bigger. I work out alot already, will switch more to explosive stuff/ speed work for soccer. I have done a paleo style diet before and had awesome results so I expect to see the same thing.

So I am logging everything on fitday because its easy to keep track of everything. Love any advice anytime, if someone has something.

Want to hit 170-175 low body fat

Breakfast- 4 eggs with cheddar cheese and 3 slices of bacon

Lunch- About 1 1/2 cup of baby spinach with 2 chicken breasts covered with 2 tsbp of buttermilk ranch dressing

Snack- On whey 100% 1 scoop. 1 Beef Frank

Dinner- 2 Cheeseburgers with 2 slices of bacon. 2 Tspb of Olive Oil

Calories:2,598 200g Fat, 17g Carbs, 176g Protein

if that is you in your pic and im assuming it is then your way lower then 15%bf more like 10-11%

yea i was like 170 there. I'm at 185 now...i will be posting pics soon

Woke up at like noon today XD.

Breakfast: 4 Eggs in Extra virgin olive oil with 3 slices of bacon and 2 slices of cheddar cheese.

Pre workout: 1 scoop of whey and 1 tablespoon of Olive oil

PWO: 2 scoops of whey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Lunch/Dinner: 3 Cheeseburgers (2 slices of cheese)

Dessert: 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Going to start training for speed soon. Just did a little workout today

Squats 5x3 at 315. Felt tired

Press 3x4 at 145.

Deadlift 1x5 at 405

Did jump rope intervals. 30 seconds on full speed, double unders.

Woke up beyond tired today

Breakfast: 3 Cheeseburgers

Pre workout- 1 Scoop of Protein

PWO- 2 Scoops of protein

Dinner: 2 Chicken Breasts with Alfredo Sauce and baby spinach.

Dessert: 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

My workout was awesome today. Do a vertical improvement program so needless to say I am doing alot of jumping. Probably look stupid in the gym, but o well.

Woke up SOREEEEEEEEEE....never thought jumping would make my whole body core..

Breakfast- 4 eggs with 2 slices of cheese with 4 thick slices of bacon

Lunch/Dinner- 4 TBPS of extra virgin olive oil. 4 Premium beef franks.

Later- 3 scoop protein shake

Okay didn't update the other day. Yesterday I made a keto pizza which was AMAZING! It had a cheese/egg mix for the "crust". Then all meat toppings. Freakin awesome


Today for breakfast Eggs w/cheese and bacon. I don't eat lunch, but I did 3 Tbps of olive oil. Dinner was 2 chicken breasts with ranch dressing and baby spinach.

Later on 4 TBSPS of olive oil and 1 sccop whey.

My workouts have been awesome. Doing vert training to increase my vert. I wanna touch the rim!!!!!!!!!!!!
