Since Thanksgiving, I have fallen off of the Diet Wagon. Starting with eating a few Homemade Rolls and Mashed Potatoes with Thanksgiving Dinner. To a few Grilled Chicken Snack Wraps from McDonalds to some Fried Chicken by the time New Years came around. But as everybody else throws their New Years resolutions around, i decided that enough was enough. It was time to get serious again, and nothing would be more motivating to me than preparing for a show. So I did some research on some All Natural Bodybuilding Shows and found an organization that I wanted to join. Next was finding a show that I wanted to target as my debut, and I found it. The Presidential Cup, August 13, 2011. So thats it, now time to prepare, with the help and advice from a few friends and trainer partners, the journey begins....
After completing Day number 3 of the diet, I am feeling good. More energy than before. My diet for the most part consists of Grilled Chicken breasts and 1/4 cup of rice, every 2 hours. 2 of those meals every day are supplemented with a serving of, EAS Protein (42g protien 19g Carbs). I am also taking VPX Meltdown once a day as an energy source/thermogenic. This is the same diet that I used 2 years ago to lose 50lbs, so I am hoping that it will help me to lose the 15-20lbs that I need to lose by August.
