Started my 2nd round of Keto on Monday and am going until next Friday until the carb-up. Planning on drinking on Saturday for the Colts game. Any ideas on what I can drink to not kick me out of Keto. Last time I just drank good whiskey straight but that was at home. I do know that diet drinks were kicking me out so I think the citric acid was responsible for it.
Another question, how do you guys go back on the bulk diet after this? Gradually increase carbs back to normal or what?
Also, I dont remember this from the last time but I have had no pump this week at the gym. Anyone else experience this while on keto? Thanks! Go horse.
