Hello everyone! I have a few questions regarding lifting and weight loss as i am fairly new to it. I have some questions that need answering and hopefully you guys will be willing to help this fella out. Okay so here goes.

I currently weigh 145lb, of age 15. I believe that i have 15% body fat, which rounds to around 22lb of fat. What i want to do is basically Lower my Body fat to around maybe 4-7% and gain muscle after. My first question is, should i burn all my body fat first and then build my muscle up or, should i burn fat and gain muscle mass at the same time
(which i don't really know how that would work out seeing you have to go on a calorie surplus in order to build muscle. However, that contradicts of me doing cardio in order to lose fat as i would be eating more calories then necessary...)

2) If i burn fat off first, would it be wise to eat a lot of protein in order to maintain my muscle instead of losing it while doing cardio? This is very mind challenging to me :/

3) Nutritional wise: Should i take multi-vitamins in the morning so i don't have to eat so much the whole day seeing as my body has received most of it's necessary vitamins?

4) Fish oil pills. What benefit do they give? What is it's downfalls? Should i take it?

Anything else you guys would feel like adding(Ex a good exercise routine because i have no clue yet on how am i going to approach this.) Or any other recommendations of any sort would be really helpful

I am so fawking lost :(.

Brah your young....get swole....forget losing body fat, your body is anabolic since your going through puberty, Go lift heavy and 20 min fat burning cardio. Eat clean and take Multi-V and fish oils. You should be good to go.
