6:30am - 4 Eggs, Roobois Tea, 1T Benefiber, Multivitamin, LeanSource, Probiotic
9:15am - Protein Shake, 1T Psyllium Husk, 1T MCT oil
12:00pm - 2 Meatloafs (7.25oz), Leansource
3:30pm - 6oz Chicken Breast, 1T Olive Oil, Black Tea with 1tsp Psyllium Husk, 1tsp Benefiber
5:15pm - 5.75oz Chicken Breast, 1T Olive Oil
7:00pm - Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast (1/2 breast, about 275cal)

7:30pm Workout (lower, back, bicep)

9pm - Protein Shake, BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine, Multivitamin, Fish Oil, Probiotic

Estimated around 2370 Calories, 132g Fat, 240g Protein, 54.5g Carbs (26.4g of that is fiber)
