All it does is gives you a more entertaining way to exercise if you're into that sort of thing. You can get just the same benefits, most likely better, from working out at the gym.

Fat loss lies within your diet. Exercise however you prefer (strength training is usually recommended) but diet is the most important.

About the Los Angeles Fitness Expo
The Los Angeles Fitness Expo offers attendees over 300 exhibits offering the newest in fitness, diets, nutrition, strength and wellness products and services. The Expo also plays host to 13 professional and amateur competitions including All American Strongman Challenge, The Iron Man Naturally, Bodybuilding, Bikini and Figure Competition, Bodybuilding.com's BodySpace Spokesmodel Search, Warriors Wrestling, Vise Grip Viking Challenge, Ultimate Armwrestling League Qualifier II, and more.
Adult admission tickets are $20 per day or $30 for the full weekend, children 12 years and under are $10 per day and children under 6 are free, Show hours are Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM and Sunday, 10 AM - 5PM. Plenty of parking is available. Check it out! :)

One of my friends has it. We've tried it once, and I've seen commercials for it, too.
I think it would be a great addition to my gym workouts. A confidence booster!

Yea I think there good for toning, the abs and booty one is the only one I thought that felt like a workout tho
