Im 5'8 154 and im about to start my cut for a competition in march. I just need some ideas on how many carbs a day I should eat besides cheat day. and how often to do cardio.
my current diet revolvs around: egg whites, greek yogurt, chicken, turkey breast, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, flat outs, tuna, natural PB, fish (tilapia, tuna steaks, cod), brown rice, sweet potatos. and obviously I eat other stuff but thats the basics and the majority of my diet.
