I'm a 21yoa male trying to lose the weight in my Hips and Thighs... This is where most of my fat is stored, I dunno why its stored there but that's where everything seemed to go. I've lost a lot of weight but I would like to lose it there first if possible, though I'm trying to lose weight around my whole body. Any advice would be appreciated... 262lbs trying to drop to 208 or lower. A lot of cardio and lighter but more reps when lifting but please give me advice.
