Welcome to my cutting log. Here's my story (cliffs):

- Used to be fat/obese all my life
- Two years ago, I was 5'5", 235 pounds
- In two years, I weigh a respectable 170
- Currently, relatively healthy weight, but need to get the cutz

Goals:

- Drop about 15 to 20 pounds of fat before summer
- Acquire more confidence
- Maintain strength
- Acquire cutzzzzz

Diet:

My metabolism is the suck. I know this based on 2 years of various levels of dieting. There is really nothing I can do about this besides keep the calories low and do cardio.

My bodymedia fitness armband says that I burn about 2100 calories on non-workout days and about 2300 on workout days. I haven't tested it out yet with intense cardio (racquetball) yet.

Based on this, I need to eat at around 1600 - 1800 calories per day to maintain a 500 calorie deficit. Sounds low, but from experience, I do not lose weight at 2000 calories.

Shill.

But I'm in anyway.

I'm using a lot of the same stuff you are and have similar goals. You can cry on my shoulder any time you get sick of egg whites and want to puke, if I can do the same.

Morning,

Weighed in at at around 168.8 today. My weight can generally fluctuate by a few pounds on a daily basis. Hoping that 168.8 number isn't a glitch in the matrix. Going to the gym in about an hour to lift and hopefully get some cardio in. Not sure how busy it will be with all of the New Years Resolutioners.

Got a good lift in today, chest and tris. Gym was suprisingly quiet. Probably will start getting busy tomorrow.

Will start logging workouts soon.

It took you 45 minutes to realize your craigslist racquetball partner wasn't showing up?
