my workout log consists of a five-day split, my rest days are Wednesday and Sunday. however i looked up the symptoms of overtraining and i have a few, like loss of motivation, slow recovery, fatigue, WEIGHT LOSS, etc. i dont really have a strong diet plan that i stick to, but i get at least 8 hours every night, and im consistent with the supplementation..i just want some feedback and tips as to what i could do to improve this, or if im overtraining or doing something wrong. thanks

Monday- CHEST, BACK
Tuesday- LEGS
Wednesday- REST
Thursday- BACK
FRIDAY- BIS
Saturday- TRIS
Sunday- REST

also im taking AMP mass xxx from GNC (i have an ectomorph type body, i cant gain for nothin) N.O. explode preworkout, and cellmass creatine matrix for recovery (both BSN)

you have a bicep day? and a tricep day? son...

you are working your biceps 3x a week back/back/bi.. that could be over-training if you aren't eating enough. i dunno i'd cut back on the arms and make a shoulder/trap day
