I had Graves Disease and had to have radioactive iodine to knock out my thyroid because it was so overactive.
Have you had a blood test? If so what are your thyroid levels. A big range of normal exists.

I had my thyroid checked they said it was fine.. but turns out my Adrenals are extremely fatiqued..?? so i went to a Naturalpathic pharmacy to get some supplements (cordyceps sinensis)(i have them here but am iffy about taking them -i'm not a pill taker). This has happened to me over a year ago also.. I was constantly tired, no get up and go, basically looked like crap, felt like crap, and didn't give a crap, woke up tireder than when i went to bed?? etc. etc. Then i went 80% Raw Vegan and started to feel amaazing!! i don't ever remember feeling so good in my adult life, then months later my old life style of sugar, white starch carbs and processed foods and 12 coffees aday is happening again and now it's caught up with me.. so I'm going back to what works for me.. Good luck to you, i'd try changing your diet first, and avoid anything in a bottle that will off set your thyroid, my doctor mentioned that once you throw if off track it'll never be normal again and i'd be asking for trouble. Take Care..

True, a bit ago my thyroid was to high because of my pills and I felt great tons of energy, but doc says its not good to have it be that high because it leads to other things.
I read about the RAW diet, it sounded very interesting but I like cooked food too much, my wife and I have been putting a lot more raw foods in our diet and have noticed a slight difference.

You shouldn't have to do a drastic diet like the raw food diet, but an elimination diet would be a good idea. Your symptoms can easily be an intolerance or allergy to one or more foods. Your symptoms match mine when I ingest corn/corn derivatives. It could be any number of foods. Google elimination diets. They are tough, boring, and strict, but the only way to figure out problem foods.

Lots of people who are trying to lose weight try to live off of supplements and cut out the macronutrients their bodies need for energy (carbs and/or fats). What do you EAT during the day?

Yes, I did have a blood test even went to special doctor for thyroid and she did not think it was my thyroid. She thought it was more stress than anything. Which is possible! I do need to go have my blood work again due to its been a year since I have had the last one. I will get the blood test than go from there. Thanks

I went through this a few months ago. I was relying on energy supplements and caffeine to keep me going. I finally took a few days off, weened myself off all the supplements, and rested. Turns out that the energy supplements and caffeine were making me actually feel worse. I recommend getting off all supplements and eat really clean for at least a month. Then add in one supplement at a time and you will know if one them is something that your body just doesn't like. There is not a supplement that is better than eating pure and resting well. Any stimulant stays in your system for 24 hours and you don't sleep in a state that you truly need.

I forgot to add something about your calcium/magnesium supplement. Be sure you're only taking that one at night. The combination of those two has a mild sedative effect.
