I am 6"2 / 220lbs. I played College Baseball. I have never been concerned with losing weight because I played 1st base in College. Staying around 220 was easy to do. I worked out 5 days a week, lifting heavy. Cardio was average, and only at practice. Now that I am finished with school, I am looking for a workout that will get me back down to around 200 lbs, while maintaining strength and becoming more tone.

Does anyone have an suggestions ???

Thank you.

Look into "MaxOT Training" or even "Starting Strength" to begin with.

Bottom line will be your diet to reach your goal of 200lbs. Being in a consistent calorie deficit.

Estimate your cals/macros and maybe come up with a skeleton diet. Post it and we can review/evaluate further.

How many cals? Macros? Healthy fat intake looks suspect (just depends on your portions).

It doesn't seem like enough calories from a quick glance. Definitely add them up and see. I've never done starting strength but did Max Ot and really liked it. I saw great gains on that program!

What would be an ideal diet for me ?

Also, Max OT Training looks awesome! But, what about cardio?

There is no IDEAL diet. You build a diet around foods (preferably wholesome nutritious foods) you like that meet your calorie/macro targets on a daily basis. I have no clue on what foods you like, what you dislike, preferences, allergies to certain foods, etc..thats all for you to decide.

You provided what you ate today so need to figure how many total calories, how many grams of protein, how many grams of carbs, and how many grams of fats are in your diet.

I provided two links to help you. Cmon, man. Read. Learn. Build knowledge. You have to do some of the work.
