Hello everyone I had a few more INBF questions if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

1. I notice that in the NGA if its really close they ask to stand on the toes and flex the calf muscles, or to show a favorite hamstring. These poses I dont think are asked in the INBF? Was wondering if they judge the calves??

2. In the super pro qualifier does anyone know the open class weight cut off's? or is everything determined the day of depending on how many people show up?

thanks again.

The one weight class you are referring to is the bantam cut off for sure and that is 150 and below and the lightweight is 150 1/4 -165!

If some guys are really close they could ask for the calf pose or the hamstring too but thats only when they feel the show is really close between the class itself or even just 2 guys even though the whole class does it.

I'll jump in on question 1. The mandatory poses were designed to showcase ALL the bodyparts. Qualified judges will asses the calves in the mandatories. You don't see judges asking for forearms, neck development, or just your chest to be shown separately. Qualified judges will asses the entire body in each pose regardless if the pose is called a "front double bicep" or "rear lat spread". There's really no harm in adding extra comparisons but there's really not much sense in doing so usually.
