Hey everyone! New here, clearly. I was just looking for some help in a few areas. I'm currently a dual sport athlete at Eastern Illinois University (play rugby in the fall and start training for track after the last game for spring). Anyways I have 2.5 years left and after graduating I was wanting to get into body building, I figured this would give me the time to lose the fat I was wanting to. Besides practice I try to get 30 minutes of cardio in and lift 3 times (on top of the 3 team lifts considered part of practice) a week. My coach suggested I use the whey protein to help repair faster.

So, what I was wanting help/suggestions with:
- Is 30 minutes of cardio enough to drop the weight?
- keeping track of calories
- I struggle with having enough energy to workout after classes and practice (usually go to the gym around 6 to 7). A teammate recommended trying black powder. Would this help/ whats your opinion on this?
- I struggle with getting the proper fruits and veggies in my system, any food suggestions?
- For protein I eat mainly chicken and turkey. ( my chicken i usually just have grilled with honey mustard or spaghetti sauce, and turkey I mainly eat with just wheat bread or as a turkeyburger) Any other protein ideas?
- Any other suggestions for getting started

Sorry if any of this has been posted elsewhere
