im not experienced with this but am very serious about dieting right now. I am having trouble getting the gains i want im 6ft7in 225 lbs and 15 percent bodyfat and want to stay at about the same weight give or take a few pounds, but would like to get to about 9 percnet bodyfat. I know diet is just as important as training and thats where i lack knowledge i could use some help. As far as workouts an example week would go like this
mon- chest, abs
tues- back, rear delts, cavs
wed-biceps, triceps, abs
thurs-cardio or off
fri-legs
sat- shoulders, traps
sun- cardio off or mayb even start the week all over again i go crazy wen i dont lift so hav to 5 to 6 times a week
....any suggestions on workout regimin or diet that would help me get more defined and muscular please help thanx
