I've been doing mma for about 3 months now, I'm doing very well with my boxing and my jointlocks as well as my pushhands. I've noticed a few things that I hope someone can help me with, pushhands I don't see helping me in the ring, I love it for football being a linemen I actually used it as an advantage in 2 games. But in the ring especially in a mma fight I don't see it working, the other thing I noticed. My jointlocks is chin na which that and pushhands are shaolin style martial arts. There's no submission its straight u attack me I will break your bones kinda style, are other styles this way or will chin na be useless in the ring as well?

Chin na has no positional strategy on the ground, so you need to incorporate some bonafide method of ground grappling into your repertoire. Brazilian jiu-jitsu is the standard for MMA groundwork, but other styles can be useful as well--eg., judo (Kodokan or Koshen), sambo, and catch wrestling/shootfighting.

Breaking bones, now that sounds like a real martial art. Jiu Jitsu or Judo would be the styles to study for the tournament ring.

BJJ and judo are as real as it gets, bro.
Don't forget that submission holds can kill and maim. A choke that is applied long enough will kill. Jointlocks can be taken past the breaking point, and leave an opponent crippled.
