January 5th is when my winter training for rowing starts. I have been rowing for 4 years and know that winter training is extremely intense and will be quite a journey towards getting in great shape. i have been bulking for a few months in anticipation of this training. now that the day is approaching i have some questions about how i cut off all of the extra fat i put on while bulking.
1. ive been reading about ketogenic diets on here and they sound pretty good. are there any others i should consider?
2. if i do choose to go on a ketogenic diet, will cardio effect my muscle? if so i should probably consider something else.
3. how long will an endomorph like myself take to lose about 25-30 pounds? i think winter training lasts for about two or three months.
