Workout Equipment section I require your help again (for the millionth time :p).

I'm thinking about buying the following bench:

http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/spo/2114647681.html

For $140.

What can you guys tell me about the bench? Is it sturdy?

I have no bench right now so I guess I'm kind of in a hurry to get one.

Also, I would like to buy a mat to deadlift on. What kind of mat am I supposed to look for?

Thanks again in advance guys, really appreciate the help!

I have a very similar northen light bench (the rear support is a little bit different) and I got it for $50 cdn, but that was a good deal. Ide say that bench is worth around $100 cdn. That said, it is a very good bench, there just seams to be a lot of them up here and usually go for less.

As for a mat, you're looking for a 4' x 6' stall mat. They can usually be found at tractor or horse supply stores.

it looks like the older model...they all have the foam backing nowadays. i think you could use that fact to get it for a little cheaper.

good luck,
