Once (a) and (b) are satisfied by the Shack Board they will proceed to to criteria (c)

(c) newb is then on a 100 post 'probation' period. To ensure people are not trying to rep trade, the probationary period may be extended at the discretion of the Shack Board.

(d) Upon completion of (a)-(c) the Shack Applicant shall be admitted as a Junior Shaggot.

I have tried every flavor. I love watermelon even though most don't. A whole case is 40 bucks BTW and they are banned in NY. I have been been out-drank by anyone or out chugged. I wish I could find some money in it....also I am the BEST BEER PONG PLAYER WHO HAS EVER LIVED. I have also abused alcohol since 14 but I have always been pretty productive. in actual stores they have to honor the price as listed, but online they are allowed to cancel an order due to a glitch. One time there was a 300+ dollar chair for free so i ordered it. Got a e mail the next day confirming it was a glitch. Nothing was charged to my card and i never got that sweet 300 dollar chair. strangely enough this site has honored many of it's glitches. So I'm trying to get my big workouts more formatted... Help me out. There's no way I'm assigning any days to workouts or workouts to days but I'll probably do a high volume upper body workout once every 3-5 days and a squat/speed deadlift workout at similar frequency, both of which I would keep similar every time. In between and all around these days, I'll have Oly sessions, bodyweight sessions, and running/sprinting and on those days I'll get my desire for random sh!t and whimsical no-programming out of the way.

Upper Push/Pull Sessions:
-Bench- 4x6 or 8x3 (alternating maybe? I like 24 total reps. Feels nice.)
-Row Variant- 5x5-8
-Tricep Compound (CGBP/weighted dips)- 3x8 or 5x3 (alternating?)
(^^vv possible superset here b/w the above and below exercise)
-Face Pulls- 3-4x10-12 (or Shrugs- 5x5 depending on how I feel)
-Seated DB Press- 3x5-8
-Tricep Iso ss w/ Reverse BB Curls or Hammer Curls (no homo)

Squat Sessions:
-ATG High-bar Squats- lots of singles/doubles/triples alternating with 4x6
-Speed Deadlifts- 50-60% Deadlift max 5-8x3

When you guys stretch your hamstrings and you touch the ground, does your back stay flat like when hot girls bend over?

I'm realizing that touching my toes or putting my palms flat on the ground isn't that hard, but if I try to keep my low back flexed I can't even touch the ground.

When I can touch the ground with my knees locked I am very happy and I don't give a fu if my back is not arched.

At this moment I can bend my fingers back and lay them flat on the ground in front of me. :)

What I would do is take a picture of a spoon,and use the lasso tool in paint to crop it.

then, you can take a pic off the internet, paste the spoon in it, scale the spoon to size,and claim it is yours.

Been doing toe touches and shoulder dislocates all night. Definitely 5 sets of dislocates is enough for an evening, shoulders are letting me know they got stretched.

Been looking at Average Broz stuff a lot today, and in doing so came across this unrelated video. Guys lifts are not that impressive but the video got me pumped just the same. + his arch on bench is fuking unreal.

There are a lot of things that could be done. All I came up with while going ohmygodohmygodohmygod was to split it up over different orders. One is only 4 or 6 animal flex. One is only 10 xtend. One was only 6 xtend. One was only cissus. One is just a couple GNC vitamins and 5 muscle tech aminos things that I don't even know what they are right now. None had over 20 total items.

I should have ordered a tub of GNC brand protein + 3 xtend for one of thm.

Yes, you should be happy. Most males are NOT that flexible.

I am especially happy because my herniated L5-S1 primarily presents with limited ROM. Several weeks ago I could barely reach past my knees and back in April I could barely reach the top of my patella. srs


Soooo squatting 365x5 ysterday, to depth, and then touching the ground with my fingers flat without lower back pain today is AWSOME!!!!!
