Many of you know me around the forums. But if you dont here is my story. I was obese all my life. When I was 16 at 5'6'' 230lbs I decided to change this. I bought a treadmill and decided that i didnt wanna marry a fat bitch (im sorry if that offends anyone, thats just how I thought back then) anymore so I gotta quit playing WoW and start exercising. So over 4-5 months I fast walked 3 miles a day 6 times a week and did minor lifting 3 or 4 times a week. I went from 230lbs to 180lbs. Then I took a good long break and kept the weight off and was still 190lbs, 17/18 Y/O when I joined my high school weight lifting class SR yr. Through this I discovered I had great potential. i was making gains extremely fast and and was out lifting, and out sizing (muscle wise) everyone in my weight lifting class. So, I decided to continue this. Now I am 19y/o 5'8'' 200lbs 16% BF (maybe 17%) and about to end my bulk. I Started bulking (well not really bulking but I will tell you later) around 6 months ago because I decided that I didnt want to lose the weight and just be some average size kid. I wanted to be HUGE (or as close I could get naturally). So Ive been eating like a bulker at 3500-5000cals (different stages of the bulk) for the past 6months with 180g-300g of protein. While doing this I have lost fat! Thats right, LOST FAT. Maybe it is because I am young, genetics, or I was eating much much healthier. Anyways, lets cut to the chase:
Current stats:
age: 19
height: 5'8''
weight 200lbs
BF %: 16-17% ( got a machine reading) 10% BF is the goal!

I know nutrition and exercise are the key but im thinking of adding a fat burner into the mix

i'm admiring your deltoids brah. i can tell you enjoy working them out. do you have gyno also? i think i may have gyno, but im still losing weight to be sure. im not sure if its fat or gland.
good progress brah, and its nice to see that you have turned your life around. i started making a journal like this, but failed miserably with it. you've inspired me to continue with my journal, so thanks for that.
i've subb'd to this thread, and i look forward to following your progress, and hopefully we can motivate each other. take care brah!

Got a gym membership to another gym today because of winter break so I didn't want to drive 30min to school during that time. Had a back day but it was crappy. Having trouble with my grip.

Arm day, Im on maintainance now. But today is usually when I have the biggest pump (well so are chest and shoulder days lol). But man I looked at myself in the mirror and almost cried. I looked swole as fuk, but with a little but extra body fat. I could see my abs with 16% FB still on me. This is gonna be a good beach summer :).
Please god help me to achieve this. I thank you for all you have done.

My reps are 6 to 10, i dont really keep count. Sometimes I go as low as 5. I just focus on decent forum, heavy ass weight, and that rep range.
Good leg day today
Smith machine squats 135, 225, 315, 405
leg press 8 plates, 10 plates, 12 plates (it wasnt a traditional leg press machine it was a single leg at a time machine, this is one of those fancy gyms haha)
leg curl
back leg curl
Wrists:
wrist curls
Had a major pump in my quads, all my upper body was drained and it all went down to my quads. Great Stuff!
