I'm 5-9 173 lbs.

My workout schedule will coordinate around my hoops schedule. My lifts will be as followed:

Deadlifts
Squats
Bench
Push Press
Weighted Pullups
Yates Row


I will also use VERY FEW supplementary lifts such as dips, pushups, CGBP, Leg Press, Curls, Shrugs, etc.
