I've placed a bet that I will be able to bench press 105kg (231lb) by the mid of this summer (in 3.5 months).
Currently I weigh 165 and can bench around 160lb. I'm starting creatine, glutamine & whey protein this week. Do I stand a chance? 70 lb doesnt seem much, or is it?

Of course anything's possible just... the most important eat enough protein and enough food also get 8+ hours of sleep. Then comes suppliments, take a multi over anything.

I did all that and my bench was only a weak 175 then I started taking creatine and it shot up to 220 in 4 weeks.

70lbs is a big jump kind of, but if you work hard enough you might get it. just looking at your stats it doesnt seem that you been lifting since you can't lift your bodyweight, i'd say in 3 months a good goal would be 200, 230 if your on roids

it is possible, but it is 50/50 seniro, u will only attain this by two things:

1/ u r a complete genitic natural who will get really strong.

2/getting on ROIDS.(would not advise u on this one-except dont do them what ever the bet)

first off, dont do steroids. 2nd off its not just getting enough protein you probably want a diet consisting of 55% carbs, 25% protein, 20% fats hitting like 3500 calories a day. secondly, train for maximal strength if you are trying to bump up 70 lbs you want to hit around 2-5 reps for multiple sets. I like 5x5's but once you get your diet correct then get some supplements. If you aren't eating correctly it's not going to be as big of a change as you would like. Thirdly **** steroids don't be a cheater.
