I've cut everything, and I mean EVERYTHING from my training now - down to 3 exercises.
Power clean
Bench press
Squat
On a 5x5 template.
Tomorrow's workout is gonna look like:
Clean - 40 45 50 55 60 (x5 reps)
Bench - 40 50 60 70 80 (x5 reps)
Squat - 65 75 85 95 105 (x 5 reps)
this is my heavy day. Wish me luck for the new template :) Once I reach my short term goals
Clean - 80kg
Bench - 100kg
Squat - 125kg
I may consider adding in presses, then snatches.
Squats go up by 5kg every week, the other lifts by 2.5kg. Also, I'm gonna do this log in Kgs guys - so don't make the mistake of thinking that I'm using pounds.
