TASTE:
It actually tasted really good, I mixed it with about 12 oz of water and drank it during my routine today (chest/bis)

MIXABILITY:
It came in a small stick -like pouch, I mixed it with about 12 oz of water. It mixed and dissolve right away.

EFFECTIVENESS:
Its a good BCAA supplement. I dont feel as sore as other days, and I went really hard today. So revocery seems to be well

OVERALL: 10/10
-taste good
-mixes easily
-poucehs are small, so you can take it anywhere
-works well, helps recovery
