Doing Starting Strength, beginning tonight.

Going to eat 2500cals a day, doing a little bit of cycling plus fasting leangains styles.

Hoping for a body recomp.

Goal is to get strong and add some muscle while leaning out a bit.

Notes: Not a bad workout, feels relatively light. Failed on the presses so I'll bump them down for next time.
