so i was wondering if anyone could recommend a workout routine for me to flatten my tummy and bf%..something that would work quick. i know nothing will change overnight but i know there are things you can do that will quicken my fat loss rate...and i cant afford a gym membership right now and i dont have any machines at home. i was thinking about getting some 3, 5 and 10 lbs dumbbells soon lol. ..also, what do you guys think about stretchmarks? i dont have them on my stomach or anything but geez..what would hide them on my butt and inner thighs if i were to go to the beach or something? i got them after having my daughter..surprisingly i didnt get any on my stomach..any tips on how to hide them without sweating it off? also, what should i eat? any advice helps. and dont mind my signature, i dont remember how to change it..and im not as dumb as i sound, its just hard for me to explain things. thanks!
