so i was wondering if anyone could recommend a workout routine for me to flatten my tummy and bf%..something that would work quick. i know nothing will change overnight but i know there are things you can do that will quicken my fat loss rate...and i cant afford a gym membership right now and i dont have any machines at home. i was thinking about getting some 3, 5 and 10 lbs dumbbells soon lol. ..also, what do you guys think about stretchmarks? i dont have them on my stomach or anything but geez..what would hide them on my butt and inner thighs if i were to go to the beach or something? i got them after having my daughter..surprisingly i didnt get any on my stomach..any tips on how to hide them without sweating it off? also, what should i eat? any advice helps. and dont mind my signature, i dont remember how to change it..and im not as dumb as i sound, its just hard for me to explain things. thanks!

Spot reduction simply isn't feasbile when it comes to weight loss. Proper diet and plenty of cardio will show you the results that you will need.

If you are not planning to go to the gym anytime soon, perhaps I can recommend you to perform home workouts. You can actually do a search on Youtube with "workout at home" or "home workout" and etc. There are plenty of great workout videos to choose from. Once you've decided with a specific workout routine, just do it and stick with it with full determination.
