Hi gals,

I was wondering whats the best way to get definition apart from diet. Do I lift heavier weights or low weight higher reps? (upper body)

(Lower Body) I have been advised as I naturally have big legs that I should lower weights but high reps?

Are both correct? Will appericate all feedback.

Am only taking CLA 1250 thats it.

Thank you.

I am just worried that I will bulk up too much as I have big legs already with BF. Would eating fruit help etc? And what exercise plan should I do for lower body? Low weights or heavy weights and low reps or until fail?

My legs are getting bigger. Muscles are slowly expanding, but I haven't lost the adipose layer on top. I will keep lifting heavy and building muscle and hope my improved diet will help me slowly loose the adipose.

I have big legs. The heavier I go the bigger they get. My upper body is the exact opposite. I can lift as heavy as possible but it is very hard to gain muscle from my waist up. I suppose I could diet hard for a long time and eventually get rid of the lower body fat but by that time my upper body would be emaciated.

I hope I don't get in trouble for saying this but I have stopped working my lower body except for pilates 3x/wk and bodyweight lunges 2x/wk. I haven't lost any muscle in my lower body. I'm going to build my upper body until it looks a bit more proportional to my lower.
