I just finished my first Squat workout of my first macro, and I'm loving it. This workout got cut a little short, had to get to class. Here's how the day went:

Square:
45x10(wu)
95x10(wu)
135x8(wu)
BW jump square threaded in.
145x8(ws)
145x8(ws)
145x12(amrap)
Supps:
Front Squats:105x1x8
Unfortunatley that's all the time I had. I'm lookin forward to pull day tomorrow!

The first Pull day went great. I had enough time to get everything done, and I was feelin really good about this workout. I can't add weight to my pullups yet, so I went AMRAP all three sets. Heres the workout:

Close Grip Lat Pulldown:
105x8x3

Mixed Grip Chins:
BWx12
Bwx10
Bwx9

Close Grip Rows:
105x8x3

Various grip training thrown in at the end.
All in all a great day today, I'm lookin forward to my rest tomorrow though, my legs are still destroyed.

Warmup- Lying Leg Curls: 90lbsx8x3

Core Lift- Deadlift: 150lbsx8x2 150lbsx15x1

Supplement Lift- Cleans. 100lbsx8x3

I can see why I never see anyone deadlift in my high school, it's definitely a hard lift. My grip gave out right after the last rep, should I swith up my grip to over under?

Core Lift: Barbell Bench Press- 45lbxx10x3(WU) Clap Pushups threaded in.
-100lbsx8x2
-100lbsx16x1 (I was *this* close to getting that 17th rep up)

Supp. Lift 1: Incline Dumbell Press: 30lbsx8x1, 35lbsx8x2

Supp. Lift 2: Close Grip Barbell Bench Press- 95lbsx8x3

My chest was FRIED at the end of this workout. That last set of AMRAP definitely did me in.

Microcycle 1 complete! I'm really happy with the way this week went, and I'm lookin forward to next monday.
