View Full Version : need help loosing lots of weights

hi, im looking for some help in loosing weight (100+ pounds) in the gym section, i got my diet ready.

i needed to know should i focus more on cardio or should i do more weights...

anyone that can point me to the right direction in any way would be appreciate it :)

If your calories are in check, you should be focusing on weights to help maintain the lean body mass you have, while dropping fat.

However, if you have 100lbs to lose, you most likely will need to do some cardio just to improve your cardiovascular system.

Divide it up:

Cardio first thing in the morning when you roll out of bed. Just some water before you workout. NO FOOD!!! Best to do this on an empty stomach.

Weightlifting in the evenings when you get off work. Keep you reps from 12 to 15. You need to burn the extra calories.

NO eating after 6:30 in the evening. You get hungry just drink some lemon water... works for me. I get a bottle of that Real Lemon and put a drop or 2 in a large glass of water and drink.

Chicken, fish, turkey and greens of all kinds. A little brown rice.

Try this for 6 months and let's see your results.
