hello every one on body building .com i need some advice or tips for my contest prep for the LR NPC show and the AR state show's thats comeing up in the summer .
my diet as of now is below
1.two hard boiled eggs and a bowl of instant oat meal ( 1 packet ) with a mega mutil mineral supplement from GNC and coffee with creamer and no sugar.( pre work out)
2.jullian micheal's whey protein shake and another mega mutil mineral supplement from GNC.( post work out)
3.natural chicken breast with a side of white rice (regualr scoop of rice )
4.1 can of tuna with shreded lettuce ( i try to level the lettuce with the tuna so i have no idea how much i put in it )
and from time to time i take a patssium supplement from GNC
and my snack is peanut butter 2 tbs 3 hours before i go to bed .
i'm going to start the morning cardio up again soon also with the regular two muscle groups . lately i've been putting on mass witch was my goal.
