Wanna get some advice on getting a flat tummy. Not expecting six pack, but just want to get rid of the stubborn tummy.

I do weight training, ab crunching like twice a week, cardio running once or twice a week, springboard diving twice a week. I don't eat much fat, but I do take in stuff like a muffin, toasts in the morning to get my brain started and some sushi or subway at lunch, then noodle or rice for dinner.

Why is it never gone, the tummy fat...:(

abs have a lot to do with your diet, not crunches....clean up your diet = viola see your abs/flat tummy.

Ditto, I have two more reasons/explanations for you:

1. The leaner you get the harder it is to lose fat. The body wants a certain amount of fat on it for warmth and extra energy, the lower stomach fat is some of the last to go, when it is gone and you can see your lower abs you are quite literally unnaturally lean.

2. There is less blood circulation to the stomach and lower abs in general, blood is what carries fat cells to be burned. Think of a fat cell like hitch hikers standing alongside a road trying to get a ride, traffic is blood flow. Your bigger muscles that we use more frequently like your legs are like the interstate, your smaller and less used muscles are like the country roads. Which road are the hitchhikers going to get picked up on first? That's why ab fat is the last to go and the hardest to burn.
