Ok here is the rundown and basic on me.

I'm 21 years old, played 2 years of college ball, and have withdrew from college due to family issues, and the fact that college wasnt for me. The next 12-16 months I'm going to be training and taking my body to the next level, so that I can have a shot at making a professional football team.

I will be playing semi-pro football this upcoming March, to better prepare myself mentally for the pro game. I know their is a big disparity between the two, but that with the addition of what I've learned in college should help.

I'm shooting for anything AFL, CFL, UFL, USFL, and of course NFL. I do have promising connections to a few teams in the NFL, and have to push myself beyond my limits. The chances of me getting a tryout in the next 2-3 years is very great, however I have to prepare myself like a professional.

I'll be doing my own workout, that is based around mostly what Joe Defranco has developed. I will make todays workout my first post, try to make this as interesting and fun to follow so here we go.

Today I will post my personal stats and bests, so far. I am going through a testing/timing day next monday and tuesday so the following will not be as accurate as next weeks tests.

Height- 6'2
Weight- 250-255
Bench Press- 370
Squat- 400
40 Yard- 4.78

This is where I'm at right now, I have a feeling I may be a little faster, and stronger than these stats. The official ones will be posted next week.

My goals for my tryout are as follows.

Weight- 265-270
Bench Press- 450
Squat- 550 (want to greatly improve here)
40 Yard- 4.65 (want to greatly improve here as well)
