Introduction
Alright guys. Got an off I couldnt refuse on these two products that got me into the logging game again. Been wanting to try these two and a good bro is helping out on the final leg of a two month run. So I got my part of the shipment in. Downed 3 HGHup upon waking and will be taking my first Free Test dose momentarily. I hope to do this log justice. It wont be the prettiest as my computer is fawked and so is my girls. So the bells and whistles wont be avaiable just yet. Hopefull I'll be able to make some adjustments as I go to give this log more merit. Either way. Im going to have fun.

Try out the 3 hghup then 2 dosing for a bit and the 5 prebed. Both work well, most people like the 5 before bed.

Personally I find 3 preworkout when timed just right is amazing for muscle contractions

I did 5 caps prebed empty stomach followed by whole food protein for a few weeks. One day I decided to try 3 caps mixed with a little water like preworkout a bit over an hour out then my normal RPM half hour out and raisins right before the gym. I muscle contractions were pretty insane. Ive been doing that now for squat maxing.

I think it will be a fun ride. I thought my Blue Growth run was good with recovery times. The addition of Free Test looks real promising when taking a look at the profile. It'll be hard for me to mess this up.

Now I'm using them on a bulk and staying pretty lean while getting some huge lift increases. They're good for pretty much whatever situation you put them in.

yeah mayne. definitely no alcohol on this run. going to new years without. just to much of a set back on work outs and if I drink at one holiday, I'll drink at them all. Too many christmas parties with alcohol available to be doing that. It'll turn into a binge holiday season.

Quick update. Got a chest workout in a and some work at my Mom's and came home to rennovations. Also left my Free Test and HGHup at work in my bag. So no dose tonight, although I got this mornings in. Tommorrow Im off and plan on updating more and hopefully getting through these rennovations and get my supps back. Im so pissed right now that I left them. Day started to early as well. im not used to be up at 7am. So now its bedtime. Later Brahs.

Then with only 48 hours notice, the apartment complex I just moved into decided to rennovate the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. But tore everything up and everything is disorganized. So Im pressed for time right now. Still have to post up my workouts. Will be doing that tonight after work.

Thoughts
Been awhile since Ive had a good chest workout. I know, how do you get a good chest workout without a bench. You can do it. Especially if your sadly out of shape as am I. Bad thing about where Im living at now, is there is no space for a bench. Maybe a small one to DB presses. Im told that there is a gym in the complex. But Ive not yet to seen it so Im not putting much faith into that. But I'll make do with angles and bodyweight until all these rennovations are done with the apartment. I so miss having space.

Good to have you aboard. I need all the support and motivation I can get. Not drinking during the holidays is an arduous task. But so far so good. Trying to get the most out of this run as I can.

An amazing workout. Weights not to heavy. But Ive got to watch my form and I still got a great pump from this workout. So I'll take it for sure. I think I'll be going with this method for a bit until I strengthen my abs some more. I wish I could take measurements. But I cant find my tape measure in the rubble that is my home. Stupid rennovations. Oh well. They wont slow my progress down.

Nah, cant let slow me. Its kind of hard with two little ones running around and all this cleanup before they even get started doing their thing. Its all good though. Not drinking is just a new habit to make. Its just like any other bad habit that Ive quit. It gets easy after I become sure thats what I want. The rest is cake. Protein cake of course.

Good to have ya back. Had a Tricep workout in yesterday that I'll post in the morning. But something to report, well, two things. There seems to be an overall sense of well being happening at this time. I thought to myself at work, nah, its too soon. But then I sat back and zoned out and enjoyed just being. It was a real moment to me. Nothing crazy, but a better feeling. Also, my girl was laying on my chest. I felt her reposition herself like 4 times. Then she says she "thinks my chest is getting bigger". Then she hit it a few times as if she was making sure she was right. Definitely felt somewhat accomplished and even more motivated to get at it tommorrow.

Had a banging workout here. Tri's exploding on me. On my close grip press. I believe I do them differently than everyone else. I come close to my chin versus my chest. Hits the tri's pretty hard. I used to do them differently in high school and of course loaded up the bar. But I think the results were less from that variation.

I do them two handed right now. I have a hard time with range of motion when it comes to that type of movement. But, I'll give it another shot.

ah, it takes some practice to get the muscles strong in that motion and keep the arms positioned right. I can put up 2 45s now, but it took some work to get there

I'll be trying the 15s. Maybe I'll see the 45s this time next year. I know that 2 handed 30s for 25 reps is easy. But I still get a good pump. Im not going to heavy until my back feels normal. Not sure if that will ever happen. But Im fine with high reps and low weight as long as I get a good pump.

You can get a good pump, it just takes a bit of focus on the form. Most people are all over the place trying that. I look funny when i do it heavy, get all set up with knees bent a little lol

That muscle group can be funny. Such a short contraction. But when executed right, its amazing how short the range of motion has to be to the horseshoes to come out.

I really wont post anything as nothing went the way I planned it. After some time to rest I felt ready but didnt have much time. Hit up my preworkout and realized that I was going to have to be really creative and try to get in a lot as quickly as possible. So I hit the Abs with the AB lounge. Was feeling it, then I go to jump into a quick bicep workout and go straight to work. Well my girl walks through the door and wants teh penor. I was like damn. She said, "no worries, you can do crunches while we do what we do." How could I argue with that. So I hit the booty and didnt really get in a workout. But I guess we'll call it cardio. IDK, I just want to hit my biceps before work today. If these construction workers dont mess my day up, all will be good. Stupid rennovations.

Ive also changed dosing. 5 hghup upon waking and 2 free test early and another 2 later on in the afternoon. the maca in this is killing me at night. its the one ingrediant that gives me crazy dreams in which i cant handle. or choose not to at least. so we will see how this goes.

The workouts have been pretty decent. Im off today and took an extra 4 hour nap instead of hitting the weights. So Im thinking today is an off day. I might hit the Abs tonight though. Ive noticed that Im putting on weight in the gut. I dont have a tape measure, or at least cant find the one I do have. My starting weight was 215. So who knows. I do have at least the one pic to reference the change that will be made mass wise. I plan on getting the shoulders I once had. I'll probably cut after this. A little EC and then some Stoked I think will be fun.

Yeah, its the only way I can take it. For some reason when I take maca near bedtime, I get to re-live experiences through life that one shouldnt go through to begin with. They seem so real that I wake up in the middle of the night several times thinking Im in the past. Its an intense lifestyle that I left behind me. But its seems to haunt me when I take anything with maca in it near bedtime. I had the same problem with Blue Growth. Tried bulk maca when it first came out and it started there. Ive tried off and on over the past couple years with this supplement and its the only way I can take it. Even 12 hours prior to bedtime can have negative effects.

Nothing got on the 30th but rest. Much needed rest. Went to bed around 2am last night and woke up at 8am. Stayed up for a little bit and then dropped the HGHup and went back to bed for 3 hours. I hate sleeping like this. But between my girlfriends schedule and her kids I just cant get sleep straight through like Im used to. Im the 8-9 hour kind of guy. Not anymore. Xanax doesnt even help whereas it used to before being with her. Oh well, guess its a trade off for the relationship.
Which brings up a question. Anyone try any good sleep supplements? Ive got Abyss. But it doesnt seem to help much at all. Ive heard good things about Animal PM. But font feel like dropping more money on something thats going to just sit in the cabinet.

It sucks. Its like a flashback that I dont know thats over with when I wake up. Then going back to sleep is hard as Im wide awake and next thing you know the kids are up. So something I have to juggle a little differently.

Pretty brutal workout right hur. The front raises almost didnt get done. I actually had to cheat my way through the last reps. But all is good. Ive found a way of dosing the HGHup. When I wake up early AM with the kids I dose the 5 caps and go back to bed for a few hours. Gives me deep sleep without the crazy dreams. Well, not totally without them. But they seem more like dreams than reality when Ive already had sleep.

Thats what usually happened in the past. Or seemingly so. But now, Ive already switch the dosing around and really dont want to mess with it. Im definitely feeling the kick now. I feel like Ive got the EC kick in me without taking any stimulants. Havent gotten that total alpha euphoric feeling. But Im seeing glimpses of it. So far so good. Also got my other part of the cycle today from AppNut with the help from Starkk. Pretty cool for him to offer out the blue when I was considering buying this but didnt have the money for the whole two month run. If its already like this. I cant wait to get into the second month. Still not drinking either. Been wanting to lately with work and all. But I will not compromise my after pics. I have splurged with some pudding though. It goes so good with some myofusion.

I have some workouts that I'll update tommorrow. But Id figure Id go ahead put up a post now that I feel it full kicking in. Or what would seem to be fully. Who knows. Maybe there is another level. But if it stays like this for the next month or so I will be more than happy. Got the alpha thing going and its great. Funny how I was just starting to get a feel for it then it hit me in the face tonight. Had a great day feeling like a king.

Yeah, the girl doesnt really understand fully about my workouts and how I approach them. She gives me space most of the time to do them. But that time in particular she really wanted the secks.

I must be really out of shape to get some DOMS from a leg workout that included squats with no weight. But in any case, it worked. Concentrated on form and really went below parallel on these. Hopefully I'll get my form back from my high school days so when I do get in a squat rack, I'll be doing them right.

Strangely enough, I get more sore on my hypertrophy days.

High reps do it, but heavy weight... not as much.

It was suprising. But I probably went deeper than ever before. Im going to stick to this and hopefully when I throw some weight the ATG motion will be natural by then. When I normally squat, I go to parallel or a little below. But not ATG.

Hit the court for about an hour and fifteen minutes. Didnt really have times to get the weights out and hit anything with the whole house going to bed soon. So I figured some cardio is better than nothing. I needed to get out there anyways and work on my game anyhow. Id like to get back into playing shape and dare I say dunk again. Although, I think those days are behind me. Id like to get back to regular play.

So far so good. I'll probably incorporate weighted front squats soon. Its kind of hard with limited space and my schedule with the gyms around here. Make due with what I have kind of thing. Bad news, I seemed to have sprain my ankle last night. Didnt even notice as I played, but after my shower I could feel it and now its swelling some. Hopefully it'll be alright.

I think soreness comes from pushing the intensity. Regardless of the intensity source. Weight or reps (both to a point of course)

It healed up pretty good. Seemed worse when it first happened. It felt like bone on bone grinded and seemed a like something that was going to be bad. Swelling went down within 18 hours and everything seems alright. A little tightness, but nothing that worries me.

Workout was suprisingly good. Cut out some sets due to time constraints. But the inverted push ups were at an angle higher than Im used too. Making it a lot harder on my upper pecs and it worked out.

Strangely enough, I get more sore on my hypertrophy days.

High reps do it, but heavy weight... not as much.

As of right now, different angles and bodyweight are working.

It healed up pretty good. Seemed worse when it first happened. It felt like bone on bone grinded and seemed a like something that was going to be bad. Swelling went down within 18 hours and everything seems alright. A little tightness, but nothing that worries me.

Glad to hear it. Wouldn't want you getting injured right in the middle of your run!

I think bodyweight exercises are excellent man, I really think with the proper nutrition you wouldn't be much further ahead with some good equipment. Work ethic + diet will trump all.

Its definitely different. Using different angles with slow reps and the best form possible take my workouts to the level I want to be at.

My dream is to have a shed outside to have a mini gym in it. If I ever win the lottery, that is one of the first things I buy.

I have enough space to add some more weights and a small bench. But there really isnt any space beyond that. My girl and I are coming out of financial`issues so moving isnt an option at the moment. It really sucks in that regard. But I will prove that getting in shape doesnt require an elaborate gym. Ive seen bro's come back from prison with muscle that was built with bodyweight and a water bag. So Im not to worried yet. Ultimately, we will move into a house and I will have a room just for lifting. That will be my dream come true. Thats probably a year away. Right now I need to find a place that sells DBs that go higher than 50lbs. No local spots have any. I guess the interwebz will have to deliver.

I tried to jog it. But the shoes I wear to work are sandle like. They're called crocs. They're pretty stupid looking, but provide function to the job. At times, Im standing in 3 inches of water. These shoes a made of rubber and seem the most durable. I really havent found a show that actually works. But jogging was hard with risking injury. So i just walked fast paced. Ive been doing this the last couple of days. Been feeling a bit under the weather so I havent pushed any weight. Hopefully, tommorrow will be better. Im off and have the house to myself. I'll either be sleeping or working out. We'll see.

Feeling better today. Should get a workout in. Im starting to feel the GI stress that a lot of people seem to associate with the forskolin. Actually, been having it. Just didnt know really seem to associate it with the Free Test.

Not sure yet. Ive got fever and a lot of sinus pressure. I laid in bed for 5 hours after sleeping for 8 hours. Just laid there with eyes closed cause of the sinus pressure.

So today turned out good as far as the life altering changes that are about. MY sickness has subsided for the most part. Recovered enough to finally put the Christmas tree up. Ive had it here for several days but with no energy to do anything about it. So hopefully my workouts will follow suit.

Starting to lean out at bit and the strength is increasing as well. So far so good even with the sickness set back.

That's good stuff. I think you'd be bette off going into the gym 100% feeling good than trying to half-ass a workout with terrible results. Hope you feel better, man.

I can't say enough good about the Free Test & HGH UP stack. I try and recommend it to my workout friends when I can without sounding like I am trying to sell them a product. Maybe my body chemistry is different than most, but I respond very well to these products. New PR's yesterday on flat DB press, squat, and deadlifts. :eek: As always, woke up this morning feeling like a million bucks.

Im hoping they skyrocket. I havent had a good back since 2003. A lot of injuries have really slowed me down. For once, my body is coming back with no flare ups. Sometimes my knee still slips out of place. I honestly dont even know why it does that. Something to do with when I had some ligament damage. But its just something to watch for, versus holding me back like in the past.

On a side note, I scaled back the dosing 1 cap on the Free Test for a week due to GI stress. It has cleared that up for the most part and Im considering bumping it back up to 4 caps a day as recommended. Idk though, it was like having protein farts all over again. I seem to be still benefiting from the 3 caps a day.

Honestly. It gives me crazy dreams, so I dose it in the morning. It doesnt make me groggy or anything. Although, Ive been sleeping a lot lately. Mainly, due to the sickness. I seem to be getting worse right now. Conjested chest and spitting up everything including blood. Hopefully it'll be over soon. Although, I do feel my abs getting a workout out from all the coughing.

Appreciate it. Im starting to turn the corner. Im still at least 1 or 2 days away from the weights. Im starting to really eat normal again. So at least I want see anymore gains go away and I'll have time to salvage the log. Ive quit dosing the last 2 days just from the lack of ability to keep things down. Still got a couple of weeks for some redemption though.

Not sure how the rest of it will go. I think I might have something serious. Ive been sick now for 3 weeks and its hasnt gone away. Girlfriends kid was just admitted to the hospital for pnemonia(spelling?) and a viral infection. We both have the same exact symptoms and Ive actually been sick longer than her. Everyday has been a battle just out of bed and get to get going. I feel a lot better than a week ago. But still have almost every symptom as day one of it. So we'll see how this goes from here.

No insurance and all the money went to getting that kids first rounds of meds and the other kid was sick as well. I stoked up on things like dayquil/nyquil. But no doctor. Hopefully, I dont have what the youngest has and it'll be over with soon. I actually feel a lot better. Last night I had a full nights sleep for the first time in several weeks. Thats the hardest. Not getting adequate sleep while sick. Hopefully before they get back from the hospital. I'll be close to 100%.

Final Review

Its been way too long since this log finished and I can wait no longer. Ive been waiting on my back to heal up from a muscle pull for a pic and then my picture taker started a new job as I was ready. So with opposing schedules I havent had an opportunity to get the pic to go along with the review. I do apologize for that.

Muscle Hardness/Density-7/10
Didnt see anything spectacular in this regard. But there was definite progress.

Strength Gains-8.5/10
Strength went up almost everyworkout.

Body Composition-10/10
Definitely leaned out. Works great for reompositon purposes.

Libido-8/10
There was an increase for sure. Not as profound as some products that Ive taken. But there was a welcomed incrrease.

Mood-7/10
Mood was good after switching my HGHup to mornings. Prior to that my sleep was wrecked when takeing prior to bedtime/

Overall-8/10
I think I enjoyed the combo. But would do without the HGHup. I just simply dont repond well to this type product. Screws with my sleep for some reason. Everyone else gets a different reaction than me with that. I had some GI Stress that Im assuming came from the Forslean in the Free Test. However, it wasnt anything that would prevent me from future purchase.
