hi im 16 years old 6'1 and weigh 175 im trying to gain lean muscle but not fat could anyone help me with a good meal plan

Eat 3000-3500 cals/day
No white sugar
high protein - 1g/lean lb
clean carbs - fruit,veg, grains
if you want to gain, you will gain some fat but it wont show as fat if you are gaining muscle. work on eating more and more often. no junk. eat that extra helping of spaghetti for dinner. ALWAYS eat breakfast with a good amount of protein and healthy carbs.

Hey man could you help with my diet im 17 6'3 and around 250 I want to get down to about 210-205 What would be a good diet for me?

meal is not good to take. this makes you more fat... try to reduce it and have fruitss
