I almost completely balanced it 2030 and cut about 3/4 of it by 2015. Elect me bro!

The chart really illustrated how much of an overblown monstrosity medicare is. One thing I didn't like though, is according to the chart, taxing the bejeezus out of everything is a way for the gov't to generate revenue and balance the budget....when in actuality, this often just reduces the monetary pool from which they can draw tax money.

And there's much more. That looks like a recipe for class warfare the way the choices are presented. Knowing the NYT, they can't wait to write a headline, "98% of Americans say ....." :rolleyes:

So many things are not addressed, it's a joke.

Agreed- it doesn't touch pork barrel programs at all, with the possible exception of earmarks.
