Hey man didnot know you were creeping on these boards. Thanks for the info!! I just watched the worlds video of your father, He has never looked that good, his legs had deep deep cuts, just goes to show you, that you really can get better with age. Unreal!!!

Thanks joe! Yeah that was the best my father has ever looked! And he just turned 48. Genetically he has really deep leg separation and he came in shredded to the bone! He really bust his butt for these 2 shows he just did.

Yes, but the emphasis shouldn't be on only as this has become a tough feat in recent years. I've seen champion bodybuilders take three times to win their class at the Hercules or Naturalmania. But, yes certainly a good opportunity.
