Hey Guys,

Has anyone really and truly noticed a diffrence using fatburners?

Currently on a low fat, low card, high protein diet. I have lost about 21 pounds in 4 weeks without using any "fatburners"....

Would they help drop the weight?

Do you want to lose weight faster than that though?

21 lbs in 4 weeks is a strong pace as is IMO.

I'm no professional by any means, but if you're already dropping 5 lbs a week and you speed up your metabolism you might run into issues.

& My understanding is they are mainly used to cut after bulking, are you in that stage or just losing weight in general?

fatburners are a waste of time and money and certainly not good for you. concentrate on your diet and your workouts. be patient. i know losing weight is addicting and everyone wants to be shredded. it will do more harm than good to rush it. keep up the things you are already doing. you are doing just fine.

5 pounds a week is pretty good imo

What is your diet? What do you eat each day?

Stay away from fatburners they do cause side effects. I used NUTREX LIPO-6. I was on them with my gf at the time, they did work in helping to sweat, by speeding up your heart rate, and gain energy. But they broke my gf out with a bad rash on her face (upper for head) - Hideous - that took almost a month to go down and needed a dermatologist to help remove. The NUTREX LIPO-6 also broke me out with a rash but it appeared on my chest rather than my face. I do not recommend fat burners. U are losing weight, continue doing what you are doing.
