Go a head and get a giant helping of 'diet failure'. While your eating that get an extra large helping of 'no self control' to make it taste better.

That or do w/e you want, it is your diet. I am 99% sure that if you infrequently fall of the wagon but are strict the rest of the time your results are not going to plumit. Could you do better, absolutly. But its one of those things where if you one your diet almost all the time, your body will not kill you for the rare indulgence. By rare I mean no more frequent than 1x a month.

But all of this can be answered by you answering this one question : Does casserole lunch taste better than my goals will? Make your decision, for you, and own it.

haha thanks, i always have great self control and will power

since i am "bulking" i think it didnt matter that much

given the circumstances it would have been somewhat disrespectful no to eat i think, and i am not stepping on stage (no time soon for sure probably not ever)

yea i probably am kicked out of fat burning mode and into storage mode...but some people have mid week carb ups when keto bulking anyways

eh whatever, im not going to be anal about it, the many casseroles sure were delicious and i'm sure i got in a decent amount of c/f/p...yummy

I agree. Sometimes you gotta be selfless and eat delicious junk food to make those around you feel better.

I say live it up unless you're prepping for a competition or something.

I enjoy looking good and I stick to keto pretty good. But I do believe you have to find a happy balance between sticking to your plan and enjoying yourself. If it's your birthday, anniversary, friends that you haven't seen in years are in town...then live it up for God's sake! Health and diet are important, yes, but don't let it interfere with once in a lifetime memories.

If you deny yourself stuff like this over and over again eventually it just drains your motivation and your happiness.
