View Full Version : First time PH'er! H-Drol Log

So just to give a quick background of where I am at today...

I am 23 years old and started lifting roughly 3 years ago as an overweight couch potato. I was mostly concerned with cardio at the beginning, so I didn't touch weights until I lost about 40lbs (From 190 to 150). My current weight subsides around 175lbs, give or take a couple depending on water/carb. I currently guess to be around 16% BF, and hope to drop 1-2% and increase my bodyweight by 10 pounds. I will be starting this cycle weighing 175lbs.

I will be taking CEL H-Drol for 5 weeks long (2 bottles) and am running it @ 50/75/75/75/75.


I will also be running Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) @ 20/20/10/10 for my PCT, as well as Bulgarian Tribulus. I will pick up a test booster if I feel the need to depending on my sides.

These are my supporting supplements taken on a daily basis:

Omega 3 Fish oil
Nitro Surpreme Liver (hepatic optimizer/purifier)
Glucosamine Chondrite
Vitamin B Complex
Mens One-A-Day multi


I am currently on Day 2 of my cycle, and will be taking both doses together 2 hours before my workout for the first week to help with motivation/pumps since I am coming off my preworkout stims. My BP will also be monitored on a daily basis.

I will update this log with every workout, as well as breakdown my daily food/calorie intake. I will also post pictures every 2 weeks until my PCT is finished.

Again, this is my first time using a prohormone and have tried to become as knowledgeable as possible to make as much gains as I can. My only concern is not preloading my liver support prior to starting.

Good luck, I will be following. Starting my own on monday, preloading right now. We are around the same weight/body type so will be good to see what happens to each of us.

Quick update since yesterday:

DAY 2:

Mood: Great
Weight: 176

My diet was very good and hit all my macros. Protein intake was around 215-225 grams.

I would also like to note that I have been taking stims preworkout on a regular basis and have stopped cold turkey since day 1. Yesterday was my first time working out since I started my H-Drol, and my energy and strength were both on point.

Comments: My energy and focus were very high and couldn't wait to tackle the weights. I was very skeptical at first since I am coming off from long-term stim usage. No noticeable sides yet. I also am dosing my Hdrol 50mg at once 2 hours before the gym for the first week, and will continue to do so through my cycle. Also to note, my blood pressure 3 hours after my 50mg dose was 117/70. Nothing else to really say at this point besides I cant wait to start!


I totally forgot to mention this, but it was a growing concern until I did enough research to feel a little better about it. I was diagnosed with "questionable" pubescent gyno about 6 months ago in my left nippe. I have had "fatty lumps" underneath my nipples since the age of 15, but the "puffiness" seems to fluctuate quite a bit with my body fat. The doctor also said just because you can feel lumps does not mean it is necessarily gyno, but moreso that certain men store fat differently (i.e. chest). I will be keeping a close eye on this, but am honestly not too worried about it. Either way, I was prescribed a higher dose of tamoxifen for 3 months which didnt really seem to do much. What DID seem to reduce it was lowering my bodyfat during my last cut. So either way this will be monitored, and I will be picking up either arimidex or letro in the event something happens since I suppose I am more "prone" to gyno.

Comments:

Only slept for about 5.5 hours but still ended up having a good workout. I am very surprised at how much focus and strength I can hold even after coming off my longterm stim usage. Not sure if this is related to the hdrol or not, but it's very motivating.

Took my BP today before I worked out: 138/71. Will keep an eye on this every day to make sure it stays 'ok'

I was diagnosed with chronic tendinitis last year in one of my knees so I stopped training them for a while to see if it would improve -- nothing. Since then, i've been implementing them throughout the weeks but much lighter. For higher volume days like my last leg day, I was leg pressing around 450-500 with plenty of room to go!

Comments: It seems that my nipples are no longer sensitive like they were on Day 2 and 3. I am keeping a very close eye on them since I am more prone to gyno than the average person.

Everything else seems ok. Last night was the first time I noticed myself being a bit short-tempered, but thats all to report really. I also decided to hold off until tomorrow to start 75 mg. Still dosing 50mg together around noon everyday. Blood pressure was 129/55.

Edit: I have the eggiest farts i've maybe ever had in my life. What can I do to change this because it's getting very awkward in public locations (Kidding, but really though)

Comments: My energy was through the roof the second I walked into the gym. I think it's safe to say today is the first day I can "feel" the H-Drol kick in. I had pumps as if it were the first time I took a preworkout, not to mention I am detoxing from longterm stim use this week. Had great pumps in my forearms and shoulders/traps through my workout, and overall I am feeling a lot more full. It was very interesting to see the weight go up again on the scale so soon. Blood pressure was 126/65 an hour after my workout. Slamming some sushi and watching the buckeyes for the afternoon :)

Sides:
Mild temper
Back broke out slightly


Edit: My nipples are no longer sensitive as they were on Day 2 and 3.

I think you'll find the sides are "mild". I'd go the 6 weeks and get all you can off the cycle.

Comments: Had a good workout today. My flat bench felt very light on my normal work sets and also managed to get 2 reps more than normal at 185! Blood pressure was also in check through morning til now. Nothing really to report, no added sides. I do feel great though throughout the day and my mood is better than average -- so i'm not sure how this will go for the rest of it. Also deciding whether to run a 6th week now and have found a source to find some more.

I had a very hard time falling asleep last night as well as waking up several times throughout the night. Everytime I woke up, it felt like I never even went to sleep. I missed my 8am class because I literally had no desire to do anything but roll around in bed longer. Blood pressure was 125/55 30 minutes after my 50mg dose this morning. Today is also the first day i'll be starting 75mg.

Also noticed that my boxers seem to feel looser on my waistline this morning. No real sides to report besides lethargy today.

Thanks man. It's really frusterating to read peoples logs sometimes and only hear about one side of them! I try to keep as much detail as possible for people who are thinking of trying it out for there first time as well. I'm knocking on wood for no side effects yet.

Comments: This was the best workout I've ever had. It felt great to see my bodyweight go up so I decided to switch my chest and leg day around as well, ended up being a good decision. I had the best pump going in my chest and shoulders after I finished benching. Blood pressure was 120/55 again. My diastolic seems pretty low and I'm not sure why, it even dipped into the high 40's before bed the other night :o libido is high, energy is high, and my muscles feel uber swole.

Comments: Drank a Redbull before my workout today, got woken up early and couldn't fall back asleep so I was feeling tired since I woke up. Ended up having a good workout, the dropsets on leg press made me almost pass out, and the pump I had going throughout my legs was insane. Weight is still the same, but again im looking for full and leaner then usual. I increased the weight today on most of my lifts substantially, and felt I had more room to go. No sides to report except a low diastolic again (120/52, related?), might have a bit of lethargy going on but hard to tell since I lost sleep last night. Going to increase my calories starting Monday which will be the 3rd week.

Comments: I felt STRONG today, and it was awesome to see my weight going up as well. I looked a little more bloated then usual when I woke up, but pants are still fitting the same. Had a good pump throughout the workout. No sides to report other than acne on my back (not too bad). BP is still good, libido is still there as well, it might be a little lower then normal but definitely still rocking. I threw in the arnold presses and rope pulls because i didnt feel fatigued. Cant wait to start week 3 on monday!

thanks man. here is what a typical day looks like for me:

Meal 1: 1 cup oat, 1 scoop whey, glass of grapefruit juice
Meal 2: 8-10oz meat, choice of (rice,pasta,bread), greens
Meal 3: 2 scoop whey, 1 cup oat, 2tbsp pnb
Meal 4: repeat meal 2
Meal 5: 4 eggs, sometimes bacon (center cut), milk
Meal 6: cottage cheese, whey, almonds (pre-bed)

Each meal is around 500 calories normally

Comments: Man, the H-drol has officially kicked in after my workout today. Everything felt LIGHT, to the point where I didn't really know where to set my weights at when I was close gripping. My chest has also put some size on, and is shaping around the inner part of my pecs differently. Shirts are a little more snug, pants feel the same. A few sides to report: back pumps, headache, acne on my shoulders/back (not too bad), and i was irritable both yesterday and today. My lady friend has been sick the past few days, so i'm hoping I do not catch what she did (picked up some zinc, and vitamin c to megadose starting today). So far my only regret is not running 75mg from day 1. Cant wait for this coming week!!!

Thanks dude. It was crazy to feel weight i normally struggle with hit for some good reps. I'm looking to put 40lbs on my close grip and flat bench since I normally don't get to push it.

Comments: So the cold I was having an epic battle with finally hit me last night. I am megadosing Vitamin C and also taking Zinc in hopes this will prevent it from getting much worse. Libido is still still very high, but I am feeling pretty lethargic. No sides to report, chest is still looking different, everything else feels like a rock. I think the irritability was just a combination of things that would have made me upset either way.

Thinking about taking tomorrow off as well since I'm pretty damn sore everywhere after moving my weights up.

Yeah, even with my recovery the way it is, I can't stand lifting more then 3 consecutive days in a row. I can't wait for my workouts this week though, it's going to be fun! I've also been giving some thought to my next cycle for a spring cut...

Great log...I'm on week one of my 2nd H-drol cycle (first was cut short due to a back injury). I started at 50mg for the first 3 days, then bumped up to 75, and will run 75 through week 5, and then possibly extend to 6 weeks if I feel good.

I'm on day 5 right now, and the only sides I've had are trouble falling asleep, and an increased libido (which was already out of hand). I feel like I can impregnate a girl just by walking past her.

Great log...I'm on week one of my 2nd H-drol cycle (first was cut short due to a back injury). I started at 50mg for the first 3 days, then bumped up to 75, and will run 75 through week 5, and then possibly extend to 6 weeks if I feel good.

I'm on day 5 right now, and the only sides I've had are trouble falling asleep, and an increased libido (which was already out of hand). I feel like I can impregnate a girl just by walking past her.

Good luck man, and also good call on starting 75mg earlier. To be honest, running 50mg for the first week is a total waste. If it was ran 75mg from Day 1, the gains you hit by week 3 should come earlier.

Comments: Drank a Redbull on the way to the gym, I was feeling pretty lethargic since I had woken up. My strength is really starting to go up, as seen from my rows that I did today. Once I got warmed up, my workout became very intense and was pouring sweat when I walked out. Had a couple people say my traps/forearms/arms are looking bigger which is a great feeling. One thing that really was a problem today was back pumps. I forgot to bring my taurine with me to the gym, and it made my back day VERY painful. After every set of barbell rows, I had to rest about 2 minutes and stretch my back out because I could barely stand up. Still a little acne on my back, libido is still here, aggression has increased if I'm put into the position for me to get upset. My nipples were also itchy before going to sleep. They are fine today. Cant wait for chest tomorrow!


Edit: My recovery time is also nuts at this point

Was a little dissapointed to see my weight go down, but honestly I think it was from 2 hefty trips to the bathroom before my workout. Strength was up, the 225 and 235 were HUGE steps for me. I was never able to get 225 for 2 before my cycle, and I could have easily squeezed out 1 more if it werent for my back pumps being so painful. No sides to report really just a couple things im keeping an eye on: nuts might not be sagging as much, libido is down today

I have noticed all around myself being lean, especially around my love handles. Also getting more looks in the gym and more questions. One thing though is my libido is down. Comments: Today was supposed to be an off day, and I normally don't live 4 days in a row but I was feeling great, refreshed, and not the slightest bit sore (even after beasting legs yesterday). Had a good workout. This week I started my second set of dumbbell presses with 75's, instead of on my 3rd like last week. Felt strong again, and was glad to see the weight is still about where it is. Getting a lot of people telling me i'm looking bigger at the gym, and my clothes are feeling tighter so something must be working. Libido actually seems alright today, but at nighttime i'm getting a dull ache in my left nut from atrophy for brief periods of time. Oh well, no other sides, checked BP for ****s last night before bed and it was 118/65.

Taking tomorrow off so I won't weight in, i'll still update about any sides I might have. And it's also my cheat day, so I need to start planning tonight what i'll be munching out on :D

haha yeah man, I was only going to do a 4 day split when i decided im just going for a bulk after week 1, but with my recovery time, hitting arms twice is only making them grow! Forgot to mention that my arms have grown .25 inches so far flexed.

You should really consider running to walmart or something similar and pick up some melatonin. It really helps with getting to sleep. Take it half an hour before you want to go to bed and it will put you in a sleepy mood. Be careful not to play to many video games or watch too much TV before you go to bed. If one pill doesn't work try taking two, I need at least two for it to work but it helps a lot when you need that sleep. GL with your cycle

Overall, I'm really satisfied with the cycle thus far. My pants fit the same, but I am hulking out of a lot of shirts I normally like to wear. Looks like i need to buy some clothes this winter. Can't wait to fight off this cold, up my calories and slam the rest of my cycle. I've already hit my weight goals, so how about we try 200lbs by day 37!!!

Sucks about the cold! You seem like you will hit that goal. Does the zero libido bother you at all?

Nah man, why even bother taking any type of steroid if that's going to be an issue. I'm actually happy it's happening because that means my body is responding well to the prohormone.

That being said, having a limp peter sucks really bad, and if I didn't just break up with my girlfriend I'd care a lot more, but I'll be back to normal in no time, with a ton of added mass. No matter what people say about H-Drol, it still can shut you down, and it is very harsh on your body as many blood work panels show.

Yeah, its pretty hard on your immune system. but im really not sure .. i dont count calories, but im eating fairly clean with large portions, and i know its over maintenence

Comments: Getting stronger each workout. My weight isnt changing much, and my physique hasnt changed in the past 10 days. Vascularity is increasing throughout my chest and arms however. I'm starting to feel lethargic all the time now, and my BP is also staying slightly elevated for the most part (135/65). Libido is still gone although I am able to take care of whatever I need to. Going to up my calories and possibly run 6 weeks depending on how my sides get.

Everyone says that.. but looking at tons of different bloodwork results shows it being actually very hepatoxic and fairly supressive. My libido has been gone for a while now already! Good luck with your cycle brah.

Comments: Energy was really good, and my strength felt great overall. Every workout is making me stronger, and my arms have grown .5 inches so far on the cycle. I can't wait for my chest measurement at the end because I know that might be my biggest gain (maybe legs instead) but overall my BP is staying slightly elevated, libido is gone, and acne pretty much subsided. I've been in a terrible mood and not sure if its because of the RL stuff going on or the drol, but everything is pissing me off today and yesterday. I have upped my calories and took a cheat day yesterday. Happy to see a weight increase again and my waist staying the same. Hoping to keep everything through PCT!

ninja edit: Forgot to mention , my joints are FRIED. (Taking 3 glucosamine chon. caps a day, on top of 4g of fish oil. fack)

Day 28: Legs/Abs/Calves

Weight: 188.2 (+12.2)
Energy: Mild
Mood: Good


A little short on time so I am not going to give a rundown of every single lift. Hit 14 plates on leg press today for 6 reps, which was by far the most ive ever done. Every single exercise was a PR today, by a long shot. I also took care of some libido issues a couple times today with someone and everything seemed to be A-OK there (first load was way more than normal also which was interesting). Have had a dull headache for a while, and melatonin is helping a lot with my sleeping. No real sides to report for the past week except maybe some lethargy. I found it interesting after reading many many different logs that I am not experiencing back pumps at all for the most part besides lifting heavy weights and holding them (i.e shrugs), and this is WITHOUT taurine.

One observation, my pee sometimes is foamy, and after researching it could be a sign of kidney troubles. However, not all my pees are like this, and there is no cloudiness to them. Going to keep an eye on this over the next few days and pinpoint down if it may have something to do with my vitamins/herbs I am taking between my drol doses.

How much protein are you consuming? How much water do you drink daily?

About 250g a day. Not measuring water but a lot. Over a gallon easily

The cloudiness comes from protein in the urine.

Tone the protein down a bit. At 170, 200-210 grams is plenty (IMO).

And whatever amount of water you are drinking, drink a bit more.

Comments: All I have to say after today is, wow. My strength is literally insane from what it was when I first started. My reps for sets of 8 have gone up 30-40 pounds on my bench alone. My max so far as increased by 30 pounds as well. Overall, i'm feeling great. My 'foamy urine' seems to be subsided more, and I also picked up some cranberry extract to help with flushing the kidneys a bit more. No sides to report, libido seems to have come back (weird?) as I have had random woods the past couple days which hasnt happened in weeks.

Week 5 starts today, and i'm going to run 100 mg's starting Friday until the end of my cycle. I almost need to move up a size on my t shirts, and my pants are skin tight on my ass/quads now. I might be putting on some fat, or possibly just extra bloated. What a great first cycle!

No problem, as for me, when I take it, it will hit me in about half an hour. But if my efforts aren't focused on sleeping and not thinking about stuff, after fifteen minutes it will be like I never took it. I might have to up my dose.

Gettin some nice prs, and that weight is going up nicely still. Yeah back pumps are really starting to wreck me too. I have been taking 3g taurine in the am, 3g pre w/o and 3 post w/o and it seems to do the trick. Except on deadlifts/squat days! doesn't matter what I take I still seem to get them.

My joints are fried at this point, and lethargy is in full force. Libido is abnormally high again (wtf?). Not other sides to report other then my urine still being slightly foamy at times. Still no cloudiness.

Thanks man. The picture of my legs is actually a little older but it was just to give an idea of where they are, probably about an inch large currently but I will take measurements at the end.

Not going to write a full log because i'm short on time. But as of this point I am doing 75lb DB Shoulder presses for easy sets of 10. Which is a 5 pound increase on each side from day 1. Standing upright rows increased by 30 lbs for sets of 10.

I decided to cut my cycle off with my last dose yesterday morning due to my back pumps being unbearable. I took 8 grams of taurine, didnt do a single thing, and the pain is more sharp that I was feeling throughout the cycle. Hopefully there isn't some sort of kidney damage and im just being paranoid. Took my first Nolva dose with my tribulus this morning. Waiting for food to digest to go take my preworkout for the first time and do some arms.

Strength still went up today, and my weight hasn't changed, in fact when I weighed in last before this workout I ate 2 or 3 times, whereas today was just breakfast.

I'm taking 20mg of nolva first thing in the morning with 1000mg of tribulus. I will continue my supporting supps throughout the day, and total in 3grams of tribulus per day. Picked up Lean Xtreme, which I'll be running after day 14 of pct. Also was my first day taking jack3d again. Man it feels good to be back on a PWO stim!

I only heard great things about Hdrol but IME it was not worth the sides.....

I'm sorry to hear that, I must say I had very mild sides until the start of week 5 where the pumps were unbearable. How could you describe the feeling of the pumps when they were very bad?

I didn't get bloodwork done before, and I am going to wait until a few weeks after PCT to get mine done since Nolva is still hepatoxic. I am dealing with some wicked lethargy, all I want to do is sleep, back aches are still there but seem to be getting better.

those backpumps will start fading away, mine were the worse on back and leg days.. mostly between weeks 4-5. Im on day 14 of pct and back is great.

Comments: Holy ****, I dont know if I could be any more lethargic. I went to lay in my bed at least 5 times today because I couldnt even sit at my computer to do things I needed to. No more sides to report besides extreme lethargy.. BP seems fine as well as libido. Still getting some foamy urine almost every other pee so I picked up some protein digesting enzymes to see if that can help.

Pumps... a very stiff achey back.. like you were driving for 12 hours straight in a seat that wasnt set right for you... hurt so much u have to stand up by your desk...... thats sorta thing....... like as if you did very bad good mornings.... perhaps


What did you use as supportive supps through-out your cycle? And what was your PCT?

I used taurine that helped alot... fish oils.. multi..... took my typical PWO stim which always varied...... Xtend.....and Posiedon by Purus labs which helped with hydration......

PCT back then.... Clomid typically first week at 100mg then taper to 50 for 4-5 more weeks...

Today I am wiser..... PH's are dangerous especially cause they are easy for anyone to obtain and supp companies dont give proper PCT protocols or let people know how to properly use them... it them becomes alot of broscience and word of mouth.... and poor 17 year old who his buddy says "hay dude - u wanna get big take this stuff" its really not their fault they are typical teens...... and I hate when people jsut tell them to shut the fuk up and u aint ready... that dont help...... they should be told not to do it but chances are they wont listen so you might as well try and help them so they don't really fuk themselves up........ and all these OTC PCTS are crap...........

Day 3 PCT: Chest/Abs

Not going to do a full writeup because this workout was identical to day 30, except I hit 245 for 4 which was a PR. Also hit 195 on incline for 1 more rep (7) making it a PR.

I will mention this though, I went to the doctor tonight and just got back and had a urine sample taken since I was a little worried about the foamy urine. The doctor said there was no protein found, but there was a small amount of blood (****). I told him everything that was going on, and he said most likely the cycle put a number on my kidneys and to keep drinking as much water as I can. He didn't seem to worried about it, but I will go back in another week to have another urine sample done. Also to note -- my urine is so pale with blood that I wasnt even aware of blood traces.

One more thing.. my blood pressure has been 145/60 all day today, so I picked up some CoQ10 and will begin running that starting today to hopefully make everything go back to normal. Thanks for following along! I am feeling much better after my doc visit and knowing I will most likely be all ok.

It is great that you are so honest with the side effects man. It really puts into perspective how toxic these compounds can be! It will be a long time before I attempt a cycle of H-Drol or anything similar, mostly because of how well you laid out the negatives of them. Mad props on a great run though man! Look'n MAD SWOLE in day 30!

Comments: Not posting a log again because this workout was almost identical to my last one, except the first set of each exercise is ramped up to what I normally hit on my second set, which is a good sign. Havn't felt any loss of strength in my legs, but my knees are completely toast. No sides to report, still pissing a little weird, pumps are appearing to get better each day. Everything also appears ok in the libido department.

BP back to normal, pumps all day are completely gone, still pissing foam sometimes but seems to be getting better daily. It sucks ass being off I must say. Can't wait for my spring cut cycle though!

Comments: This was an identical program to my last arm day for both exercises and strength. In fact, I hit a PR on my skullcrushers for reps. I'm feeling great and back to normal. My lean xtreme came today which I'll be starting on day 15. Only side to report is feeling soft, bleh.

Comments: This was probably the worst workout i've had since I started my cycle. Focus was gone, energy was gone, but I was hitting my weights for the last time I did back, minus missing a rep or two here and there. Also starting to incorporate heavy deadlifts into my regime again. No sides to report.

Comments: Today was the first day where I noticed my strength decreasing. I made sure to reference back to my log for my last chest workout to see what reps I was hitting for certain weights, and overall -- weights are staying the same, reps are dropping 1-2 for each exercise. My bodyweight is hovering still around 190 so it seems I am retaining most of my gains. No sides to report at this point, still taking my supporting supps until the bottles will run out which should basically be throughout my entire PCT. Starting Lean Xtreme on day 15, as well as creatine monohydrate.

Comments: Didn't do squats/hacksquats today because of knee pain.My knees are still completely destroyed from this cycle, and I have a feeling my meniscus disc on my right knee may be getting worn out from favoring that leg due to the chronic tendinitis in my left knee. Either way, I did about 6 sets on the leg press and lowered the weight to a safe amount. This was a high volume/dropset workout and burnt my legs until I couldn't walk anymore. Various ab work for 15 minutes as well as calves.

Note: i WILL be drinking tonight for new years so i am taking in 3 extra grams of milk thistle today and tomorrow. im going to try to keep it as minimal as possible (<5 beers) however. happy new years!


Edit: still no sides to report other than my urine is still foamy at times, everything seems back to normal

Comments: Another high intensity workout, I was completely soaking wet by the end of it. Starting my Lean Xtreme today and am running it at 4 caps per day, taking 1 with my Nolva/Trib/Fish oil in the morning, Another with my lunch, Another with my next Trib/Fish, and then my last one prebed with trib/fish again. This may sound a little weird, but I didn't realize my balls had shrunk that much on my cycle, but I did a self check today and they are way bigger compared to what they've been for weeks now, so apparently all those aches I was having was related to the shrinkage.. but I am feeling great mentally and physically. Reps are dropping a bit on compound lifts but strength is still there. Weight seems to be holding on also and my midsection is getting leaner.

Comments:

One of the best workouts I have had in a while, and I was completely caked when I finished. It was crazy to see my weight drop that drastically, but I know some of it was from my morning disposal today, as well as not drinking enough water. No sides to report besides feeling great basically all the time, I can tell my test levels have increased quite a bit.

One crazy observation that I didn't even realize during my cycle, my nuts had shrank A LOT more then I thought they did, I swear as of last night they dropped a good 4 inches (no homo, wtf?) but it feels great knowing everything is back to normal. No strength loss to report really, looks like i'll be keeping about 10lbs over what I began with, as well as possibly losing a bit of fat. H-Drol was awesome!

Comments: So I think my knees are destroyed from the cycle. I have had jumpers knee in my left knee for 2 years now, but my right knee is hurting even more then the left normally does. That being said, I did a deload/high volume day and ended up having a good workout. One of my gym buddies was working this evening so we did about 30 minutes of intense ab/pilate work.

Comments: Had an awesome high volume workout today. I have a great pump throughout and my left bicep vein is starting to come through even at my bodyfat. I can tell my biceps have continued to make improvements throughout PCT. One thing I must say though is that my elbows are completely toasted. I can no longer do skullcrushers at all -- going to up the fish oil to 6g a day on top of my glucosamine and see what happens.

I recently broke up with my girlfriend (past couple weeks) and i'm not sure if my libido is attributed to this or what but I basically have NO sex drive, or random boners or anything of that nature.. cant wait to get my bloodwork done.

I actually had my first random wood last night when I was watching a movie, guess my mind went into some different places for a change haha. I have been taking 3g of tribulus per day and ran out this morning. Still have a week left on my lean xtreme as well, and my tamoxifen stops tomorrow. But yeah man, I get comments all the time even from random strangers asking how much I lift etc, never happened before my cycle. I'm pretty open about using to my close gym buddies since they all do the same :D

Just wanted to follow up a bit on how everything has been going..

My current bodyweight is staying around 190lbs and i've continued to make gains since I have been off throughout all of my workouts. I am still increasing the weight on most exercises, and about the only thing that dropped (reps) since I have been "off" is my flat barbell bench press by 1-2 reps.

Getting bloodwork drawn tomorrow morning which was why I wanted to bump this since I have received tons of PM's asking for something like this. Unfortunately, I won't have a baseline measurement but I'll have my panel posted as soon as I get it. Thanks!
