Supplement Facts
Serving Size: 6 capsules
Servings Per Container: 40
Beta alanine - 4500mg
IsoTonic-XS - 50mg
(Isotonic Delivery Blend of Calcium Ascorbate, Potassium ascorbare, Niacin (*50%) & Vitamin B-6 (*500%)
* US RDA Value
Research shows Beta-Alanine supplementation is the most effective was to boost intramuscular carnosine levels. Carnosine is a natural substrate in the production of Nitric Oxide (NO) that works by buffering fatigue & acid causing Hydrogen Ions (H+) created by intense exercise & heavy training. Increased muscular carnosinelevels allows you to train and compete more intensely for longer periods of time. Carnossine is primarily found in fast twitch muscle fiber responsible for the explosiveness and power. By buffring hydrogen ions carnosine allows these fast twitch fibrs to fire more efficiently & fatigue slower, increasing overall strength, power, endurance & performance.

Packaging
Very nice packaging. Everything is very professional, and tons of styrafoam peanuts, which I love :D.
Label
The label is very attractive and caught my eye at first glance. I really love the deep blue colors, and the background lightning, especially.
Pills
The pills are a very bright shade of yellow. Threw me off guard for a second; I thought they were gonna be blue for sure! ;) They are pretty decent size; not too big, not too small. Also, they don't have much of a smell and are easy to swallow.
Overall First Impression: 5/5

My Thoughts:
Today, I had a GREAT workout! Intensity was through the roof. Definitely one of the hardest workouts I can remember, but I felt amazing throughout. Pumps were awesome (of course,) and strength wasn't bad, either. Obviously it's probably too early to report any changes, but my first workout on CARNAGE was one to remember. :D One thing to report, is that I did not notice any parathesia.

Parathesia is a funny thing. I really only have my finger tips tingle a little but its for extended periods of time. Sometimes for hours.
On Carnage the parathesia will be buffered for some and stronger for others.

My Thoughts:
I had very, very odd lifting day today. Instead of cardio today (to mix things up) I decided to do some calisthetics and leg stretches (squat thrusts, mountain climbs, lunges, etc.) It lasted about 30 minutes, and was more or less a "conditioning" rather than cardio. It went pretty well, but my legs were still feeling it during my workout which is why I decided to go very light and do mainly all squats for the day. Also, I was reading up on a 10 set squat routine (close to German Volume Training) for "explosive" gains, and I decided I'd go light and see how this thing really felt (doms, etc.) I will report back tomorrow on that. Also, it is probably too early to tell, but I felt really good during my workout once again.

I've been pretty pissed off all day, hence the theme of todays workout ("Some Kind of Hate - Blood for Blood.) But, I had another great workout today. When I started my routine my chest felt really tight for some reason, but it felt better as the day went on. Strength was higher than I expected because this was the first time I've done Flat DB bench in about two weeks and it hasn't gone down at all :D. Recovery inbetween sets seems to be faster already, but who knows. Time will tell. So far on CARNAGE, three days and three good workouts.

Parathesia was mild, I think some of the effects were buffered as Matt had mentioned. Usually my extremities and face gets extremely tingly for about 10 min. feels kind of good I know some people hate it though.

My Thoughts:
I was still in sort of a pissed off mood today, but it seemed to ease away after a brief period of time. Presses today weren't quite where I had hoped, but still nothing to whine about. I really can't explain why after my second set I did more on the next 2 sets, lol . Recovery inbetween sets seems to be getting noticably shorter; it feels as though I'm ready to go in a very brief period of time after a previous set. Also, cardio seemed VERY easy today. It was a pretty light session, but I felt as though I could have ran much, much longer. Another productive day at the gym today . And, since I somehow forgot, I will be posting pre-CARNAGE measurements either later today or early tomorrow; whenever I get some free time. :D

No lifting today. No cardio today. Just a bunch of good ol' fashioned Americana; sitting around, watching tv, and eating. :D The three things I love to do. I took my first dose of CARNAGE
right after breakfast, and my second dose a few minutes ago. If there are better times and a MST rep would like to chime in then that would be great :D. Super Bowl tonight! Frankly, I don't care who wins since I'm a Steeler fan, but I'll root for the AFC. GO COLTS!

I agree. With the information that we know currently on BA the optimal time is with a simple carb. I am not sure if splitting makes much difference honestly. I take the complete 4.5 mg with my pre-wo meal. Some may not do this just because of the tingling some feel. So I recommend however it is most convenient to the user.

Well, I forgot to take both of my servings pre-workout today like I intended (like because I am an idiot) so I'll have to try that tomorrow :D. Anyways, I had another good workout. Very surprising, especially this time of year. A lot of my workouts seem to be long and dragged out during the freezing winter months, more than like due to the terrible weather and many viruses floating around, but that hasn't been the case lately. CARNAGE working it's magic already? Perhaps . Recovery in between sets seems to definitely be increasing, thus explaining the briefness of my workout times. Nothing to report in terms of actual strength yet, but I've been training very intense/low rest times/high reps on most things, so I'm not really expecting to gain too much in terms of strength, rather working on size.

There's nothin' better than smashin' the lats! God, I love that feeling!
But, for Abs, I switch off; one day weighted work, and the next only body weight. Some people say you have to do weighted ab work to get ab's, but that wasn't my case. Most of what I have was built focusing mainly on body weight Crunches. I use little rest time (3 seconds) in between sets. I found that my ab's respond better to very, very low rest time. For instance, here's something like what I did today:
Crunches - 30
Twisting Crunches - 30
Leg Raises - 30
Elevated Leg Crunches - 30
6 Inch Leg Holds - 40 seconds
repeat entire routine immediately (once or twice, depending on feel)

My Thoughts:
I had a GREAT workout today! Strength was very, very high. I was setting PR's left and right . The last time I attempted 315 on squat was about 2 months ago, and I didn't get it ONCE! Very, very satisfied with this. Hopefully by the time I'm done with CARNAGE my 1RM will be 400 lbs.! :D I set my goals high. Anyways, recovery again was very fast. I finished my workout about 20 minutes before my buddies, which is very odd because we all usually finish at the same time (though we don't work together.) And for cardio, I've never done this stair climber thing before (sterotyped it as an old-lady machine) but damn, was it hard! I thought my calves were going to burst out of my skin! 5 mins. on level 14 and I was completely toast. :D

Well, I'm pissed as F*CK right now! My stupid ass girlfriend is being a bitch for no reason and I think I might beat the **** out of her (not really, but I'd like to.) I truthfully think she's trying to make me mad .
Love to get my girl, to rock that body
Before I left I hit the Bacardi
Went to her house to get her out of the pad
Dumb hoe says something stupid that made me mad
She said somethin that I couldn't believe
So I grabbed the stupid bitch by her nappy ass weave
She started talkin ****, wouldn't you know?
Reached back like a pimp and slapped the hoe
Her father jumped out and he started to shout
So I threw a right-cross and knocked his whole ass out
Yeah, that's kinda how I feel. Anyways, the workout went pretty good. I threw in some exercises I don't usually do because there was a ton of people at the gym, plus it's always good to mix it up every now and again. Strength was pretty high, and seemingly fluctuated between sets for some reason. I truthfully think CARNAGE is starting to kick in at this point. Strength is slowly rising and recovery between sets is definitely much better than it was previously. Hopefully it will be at full throttle before too long!

First off, yes, I quoted John Denver up there ^. Truthfully one of my favorite songs. Very mellow and laid back; one of those feel good songs. Anyways, my workout was shorter than I would have liked today, but still, I like to think I had a productive workout. All together it took me about 35 minutes. Pumps were amazing today. I could hardly move my shoulder's after the 2nd set of Reverse DB Fly's :D. Felt amazing. CARNAGE is definitely decreasing the time I need between sets. Nothing to report in terms of change in dom's, heart rate, etc. as of yet. But, there's still plenty of time left. I firmly believe things will only be getting better from here on out. :D BTW, for those who were wondering, I am just going to post pre/post measurements at the end of this for comparison.

I had another great workout today. It's very rare for me to have this many good workout's in a row. It's not that I've had too many PR's so far, but since I've started CARNAGE workout's have been great consistently, pumps are definitely better than usual, workout's aren't as long due to improved recovery time between sets, and I also seem to have a nice sense of well-being throughout the day (which may or may not be related to this.) Hopefully there are only more good things to come! 1/4th of the way through it already! I can't believe it! :(

My Thoughts:
Well, needless to say, I had another GREAT workout! I could hardly make it up the steps after I was done. I literally had to sit down for 5 minutes before I could walk out. Intensity was much higher than it usually is on leg days. Usually, I take alot of time inbetween sets (aprox. 3 mins) but today, the absolute longest rest I took was probably no more than 1.5-2 mins. Strength was very high today; I tied/set PR's on just about everything I did. Energy was crazy, also. Pumps were awesome. Endurance seems to be steadily increasing, as I feel it is much easier to complete my workouts/get into the next set than it was pre-BA supplementation. Just an all around great workout!! It's pretty crazy that I've yet to have one bad workout since taking CARNAGE!! How ironic; post #2,000 comes in my log
EDITE: One thing I forgot to mention, is that I do not plan on continuing ATG Squats. I will be squatting below parallel, but not quite ATG anymore. I feel the risks outweigh the benefits, and squatting parallel works well enough. My knees do not really like going to the floor, so I'm going to listen to them and just go slightly lower than parallel.

I'm pretty pissed off again (what else is new?) for many reasons I do not feel like stating. But, I had another good workout again. I had several PR's which I am very excited about, especially on flat DB bench. Possibly the stength gains with CARNAGE are starting to kick in. Only time will tell. I'm sorry for this very short write up, but I am pressed on time and I must get going.
EDIT: cardio^. Surprisingly I was not that tired when I quit, but I got to my destination. I was almost full out sprinting the entire time, too. My adrenaline rush wore off after about 5 minutes, and I firmly believe CARNAGE contributed in helping my pissed off ventilation run.

It could be in my head, but when looking in the mirror I seem to be getting bigger than I previously was. I guess we'll see when I take final measurements. First off, I was tired as f*ck today before I left for the gym. I thought I was in for a bad, bad ride (especially with squats on the agenda.) Luckily enough, 3 CARNAGE's, 2.5 grams CEE, and 300 mg's of caffeine gave me enough of a kick to wake my ass up :D. Pumps today were incredible, especially in the quad's after extensions. I truthfully had a hard time making it to the door. And, the reason my Curls are a little whack, is because I recently started using a newer machine and I'm trying to get the feel down before I go doing too much weight.

My Thoughts:
I had a pretty productive workout today. Pumps were great, especially after the Cable Lateral Raises. It was my first time trying them, and it has quickly become one of my favorite shoulder exercises. They definitely blast the side/back of the shoulders to a great degree, possibly hitting the sides harder than DB Lateral Raises IMO. Today's workout took me a little over an hour, because I still didn't feel great; my head still hurt and my stomach was a little out-of-whack (nearly threw up while doing Ab's.)

Nope, standing. I tried to stay as straight as I could, very similar to DB Lateral Raises. Just pick opposite cable with each hand (of course) and you're good to go. If you decide to give them a try (or already have) tell me what you think.

My Thoughts:
Welp, not too much to report today. Took my full serving of CARNAGE at about 3:00 P.M. Also, I watched "The Departed" for the first time today. It's a pretty good watch, although it's pretty long. Definitely worth the time if you've got it. Another thing to say, is that the dunk contest was pretty bad last night. It seems to get more routine each year. I understand there's only so many dunk's that can be done, but it's just getting boring. Maybe they should use trampoline's or something to make it better? Who knows? One more thing is MLB 2K7 comes out for PS3 on March 5th. It looks absolutely unbelievable. Please check it out. http://media.ps3.ign.com/media/815/815888/imgs_1.html The graphics now-a-days are just plain sick.

All I can say, is WOW! One of the greatest workouts I can remember in a long ass time. PR's were set left and right, and energy was through the roof (took 4 day's off stims. and popped 2 VHD 3.0 30 mins. pre workout.) Pumps were crazy as hell, too. Once again, it felt like my lat's were going to rip through the sides of my shirt. There's nothin' like a mind-blowing back pump (as long as it's not lower back :D)! Everything just seemed to go right today. Also, I should have done cardio today but I had to leave the gym for undisclosed reasons. I probably won't be sleeping at all tonight, but that's OK. It'll all be worth it. For some reason I'm still booming Hatebreed and Static X, which is just getting me more and more pumped up! Oh yeah, and I'll do my best to get my mid-way recap/review up tonight. Thanks, bro! Well, I used to do BB Curls back when I had a seperate day for arms (months and months ago) but my wrist just couldn't take it anymore. Not sure why, but it really aggravates it for some reason. A couple of my buddies say the same thing happened to them. My bicep workout is just basically to get a nice burn in at the end. I'm not looking for giant biceps like most people, but I figure I'll hit them with a few iso set's at the end of my back day so they don't feel left out. ;) My two favorite body parts, bar none, are lats/middle back and shoulders.
Edit: The lat pulldown/triangle grip pulldown hit your lat's harder than anything I can think of. It's really a great superset IMO. I'd give it a try if I were you. You wont regret it :D

STRENGTH: Increases over starting baseline strength.
I've set several PR's so far. It seems strength is increasing almost every time I go to the gym.
AEROBIC RECOVERY TIME: Recovery time between sets.
Aerobic recovery has definitely increased. If I wasn't so lazy (and I felt I needed to), I could probably be doing cardio every day. Breathing definitely isn't as heavy, either.
ANAEROBIC RECOVERY TIME: Time it takes for muscles to recover between sets.
This is what I'm most impressed about. It seems I could jump into the next set seconds after I'm done with the initial set, which is one reason I'm able to incorporate so many supersets/dropsets.
ANAEROBIC ENDURANCE: Increases in reps per set as related to baseline. Harder/Easier to get through training? Do I hit a wall as soon?
Well, I think the first part of this is sort of an odd question. Since I have gotten stronger, reps have obviously increased. It is definitely much easier to get through my workouts and I seem to be able to push myself further than previously.
AEROBIC ENDURANCE: Aerobic threshold. Easier/Harder to get through workout? Do I hit a wall as soon?
Once again, easier to get through my workout and they do not seem as tough as previously, especially the super/dropsets.
EFFECT ON CARDIOVASCULAR WORKOUT: Is cardio easier? Is it harder to elevate heart rate.
I haven't done too much cardio, but the tough sessions I've had do seem to be easier.
PUMP: Am I getting a pump? Blood pump or nasty lactic acid pump?
I'm definitely getting great pumps, but I have been doing pretty high reps so that is expected. It is hard for me to judge if they are better than previously, but I have had great pumps for most of workouts.
LACTIC ACID/AMMONIA NEUTRALIZING EFFECT: Note if present and extent.
DOM's do not seem to be decreased too much, but we'll see if things change.
SIDE EFFECTS: Any sides?
None yet :D

My Thoughts:
Had another great workout today. Intensity was through the roof. I had very limited rest time on Extensions/Curls but still set several PR's. I could have gotten more than 6 reps on my first set of squats too, but I leaned forward on accident on my 6th rep which completely threw me off balance . Oh well :D. One thing to note is that I did the speed drills about 1? hours pre-workout because it was the only time available. My legs were semi-tired today when I got to the gym, so I'm incredibly happy with my lifts. Pumps were amazing, especially in the quads. I almost fell down the steps, but managed to grab ahold of the railing just in the nick of time. Also, when I did ab's at the end of my workout I came to the point of no return; give up or throw up. You know what I did, and you know what happened :D. Oh well, I feel great now!

Chest discomfort is still there, especially in the outer part of my left pec and it's really making it hard to train chest. I think I'm going skip my next couple chest workouts and see if it gets any better. I figured I'd just do a light chest day, and hit the triceps with a lot of intensity today. I only took about 20-35 secs. between sets and they felt great. Pumps were incredible. But, I'm still disappointed because of my chest :(. I miss a good old fashioned chest day.

I originally planned to take a day off today, mainly because I had a dentist appointment to get a cavity filled. As I was sitting reclined in the dungeon like plastic coated chair, I started to think about lifting, and I knew I had to go to the gym. So, I got two shots of novicaine in the side of my mouth, got a filling, went home, took CEE and CARNAGE, and then went to the gym. It was pretty weird lifting with a numb left side of my face, but overall I had a great workout. Strength was pretty high, and workout was very, very, very intense and very, very, very long, though I did not get that tired. Stamina/endurance seems to be increased, as is recovery in between sets. Also, I went stimulant free today. Gotta brag about it, cause I'm heavily dependant on stimulants.

All of this with no stims and a numb face? You are the MAN! Nice job.

Ahhh, another great workout. 29 sets isn't too shabby. Definitely more than I usually do, but it was awesome and I feel great! Sweating was way up today, as was endurance. I kept powering through each set with very limited rest time and it felt great. I'm really starting to see the benefits ofCARNAGE in terms of strength, recovery, stamina, and endurance. I've almost had too many good workouts since I began. If it continues at this rate, I think we might have a new staple.

Today's workout was very short, but my legs are sore already. I didn't go heavy on squats because I didn't have a spotter today, so instead I went with the 3 second pauses, which I love. I highly suggest them for improving strength and form. I tried SLDL's today for the first time today, and I think I'm in love. I've never felt such a stretch in the old hammys before :p. I will probably be replacing Curls with SLDL's from now on. Pumps were great today and sweating was dripping down my back the entire time. Well, since I was up till 4:30 last night, I'm gonna go take a nap.

Heh...pause squats SUCK in good way. SLDL are good for those who have a good mind/muscle connection. You should try doing them on the machine you would normally do back cable rows on. It really allows you to feel the deep stretch while keeping your legs straight as can be.

Let's start it off by saying Happy Birthday to both of my grandpas today (yes, both have the same birthdays.) No lifting or cardio today, so there's not much to report. One thing to note is that I did have a couple juicy cooked ham sandwiches today for lunch. Sorta looked like this...

Anways, once again went stimulant free and still had a great workout. Pumps were good and strength was decent. I decided to do an all shock workout because I had limited time in the gym today, and the fact that I flat out love drop sets! Sweating is still really high; whether this is related to CARNAGE or not is beyond me. It definitely hits the bi's from an angle I'm not accustomed to. I really like them. I've done them on the preacher machine, but there was someone using it so I decided to go light and do them standing.

To kick things off, I was very tired when I started my workout today. Once again, I had to do cardio a few hours pre-workout and it really broke me down. On squats, 135 felt heavy. 225 felt like 300. I felt as though I had no choice but to do 3 second pauses :D. Anyways, overall I had a so-so workout. Pumps were good but strength was obviously mediocre. I've been stimulant free for about a week now, which is a personal milestone. To boot, my girlfriend really is irritating me. My Thoughts:
The pec pain has definitely subsided to a great degree. I could still feel a bit of tightness in my left pec, but overall I felt GREAT! Not to mention, I popped 400 mg. of caffeine preworkout :p (hey, I was tired.) I really felt great today; strength was REALLY high (set several PR's), stamina was great, endurance was up, pumps were awesome, too. Everything just seemed to go great today. I really hate to admit it, but workouts are nothing close to the same when I don't use a form of stimulant :(. It really felt good to get back on the benches today; hopefully the chest pain doesn't come back. By the way, I was reading up on exercise related injuries and it seems many many people have had injuries to the outer pec/front deltoid from doing flat DB/BB bench. I think this might be the problem, so I'm going to stick with an incline/decline rotation for a little while and see if it helps.

lol, I thought I remember spaceclown saying something about taking 600 mg., could be wrong though. This was the most I've ever taken, but I was seriously falling asleep when I was getting ready to go to the gym. But yeah, thank God the pain is going away (hopefully doesn't come back.) And I'm not too sure what causes it either; I don't really see why it would be different from any other bench but I did notice when I was flat benching the pain was much worse than when I was doing incline.

Thanks bro. I honestly think I have somewhat of an anger problem; I can't let things get the best of me. A lot of times I'll try to not let ANYTHING bother me, anything at all, and it actually works to a certain extent but then I find myself not caring about things that I should be caring about (family, school, etc.)

"After All is Said and Done, I've Gotta Move While It's Still Fun, I'm Gonna Walk Before They Make Me Run."
My Thoughts:
I took my full serving of CARNAGE at about 5 p.m. I was planning on going to the gym all day but I realized that it would have been very rude and irresponsible for me to risk giving others this stupid illness that I have. I'm pretty tired. I get tired when I don't do anything all day. The only time I stepped foot out of my house was to bring my recycling bins back to my garage because my mom thought this was recycling week when in actuality it is next week. On a side note, I started another season in MVP Baseball 2006 with the Twins today and threw back-to-back shutouts with Johan Santana and Brad Radke . On another side note, and possibly a better side note, last night I won 2 bottles of Anabolic Pump, 2 bottles of Super Cissus RX, and 2 bottles of PowerFULL in the USPLabs "Guess the Arnold Winner" contest. :D

I had a very boring day today, so I figured I'd do something which I never do; take note of my calories, protein, carbs, and fats. Well, I had a pretty normal day today eating-wise, and here's what we came up with:
Calories: 2,830
Protein: 236 g.
Carbs: 247 g.
Fat: 73 g.

I'm going to let you in on a secret I just learned. Go to this site: aebn.ultrapasswords.com . Then, I believe there's a section that says "30 free minutes" somewhere on the screen. Click that. Fill out the short form. Log in. Watch whatever movie you want. But, here's the key. Instead of typing the website in next time you go there, look at your history in your internet explorer and click on it there next time you want to look at it.

"Word to Your Moms I came to Drop Bombs, I Got More Rhymes than the Bible's got Psalms."
My Thoughts:
I took a half serving of CARNAGE at 2:30 and the other half at about 3:30. I went to the gym today with my buddies, but as I was stretching, I knew it wasn't the right thing to do. Needless to say, I called my Grandpa and he came and took me home. My pink eye is almost gone, but still is not 100%, and the health of my friends and fellow gym-members is much more important to me than a day of lifting. Once again, I am taking note of my cals, carbs, protein, and fat for the day and will be averaging it out with yesterdays to let you see what a normal day in the life of the big fella is like. If anybody is really bored, like I am, you can go to http://gamerival.com/index.cfm?play=C67410F9&fromint=1&randint=8 and play Run 'n Gun football. My high score is 997 yards (just rushing, no passing.) Can you beat it? I wouldn't count on it!

"Conjunctivitis, commonly known as pinkeye, is an inflammation of the conjunctiva, the clear membrane that covers the white part of the eye and the inner surface of the eyelids.
Pinkeye can be caused by many of the bacteria and viruses responsible for colds and other infections, ? including ear infections, sinus infections, and sore throats ? and by the same types of bacteria that cause the sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) chlamydia and gonorrhea.
Pinkeye also can be caused by allergies. These cases tend to happen more frequently among people who also have other allergic conditions, such as hay fever. Some triggers of allergic conjunctivitis include grass, ragweed pollen, animal dander, and dust mites.
Sometimes a substance in the environment can irritate the eyes and cause pinkeye; for example, chemicals (such as chlorine and soaps) and air pollutants (such as smoke and fumes)."

Let me start off by saying that it felt absolutely magnificent (no homo) to finally be back in the gym. It really is a home away from home. All of the people welcomed me back with open arms, and the hole in my heart that I've had for the past few days was finally filled :p. Anyways, to the workout. Strength was a little low on the benches but I'm not too worried because I haven't taken more than a two day break in about a year and I do not think my body is used to that kind of rest. But, I also feel that this sickness was a blessing in disguise. Perhaps a four day break was exactly what the doctor ordered. And, yes, it is weird that I did the same weight on Decline as I did on Incline. Oh well :D. I might as well add that nothing makes me madder than when someone supersets two different machines and takes entirely too long between sets, thus making me wait for 8 minutes to use the tower machine to do crossovers. Please, follow the Cardinal Rules of the Gym; don't be a dickhead. That is all.

Thanks man!! Damn though, sorry to hear about the funeral :(. My prayers go out to your family. There's nothing tougher than losing a loved one.
But, yeah, nothin' makes me madder than that. And then there's this one old guy who's seriously like 60 and walks around and does one set on everything with total disregard for anyone else. He'll adjust the bench or change the weight without even asking. What makes me even madder is that he has a BEAUTIFUL 25 year old girlfriend. And, he always calls me by the wrong name! :o I'm gonna rip him a new one of these days.

Interesting. I take it they work chest and shoulders together? I never liked that; I always felt they are too important of muscles to train together on the same day. There are certain muscles (chest, back, shoulders and legs) that I like to nail (no homo) on their own days.

I tend to break them up and use whatever seems right for me but I mix them up every once in a while. For example I could mix shoulders and forearms with back as some back exercises hit the rear deltoids, so I'd hit the anterior and middle heads with a few more rear deltoid exercises and take advantage of the situation. Forearms would get worked from pulls.
I'd never do legs with another body part though or do each leg muscle seperately unless a part was lagging like doing calves on their own day with an upper body part so you have more steam to hit them harder.

Gotcha ;) I also always train legs alone. You have no idea how many people lately have asked me if it is better to work chest with legs than to work them both alone. I don't even know what to say. Experiment and find out for yourself, because I sure as hell am not going to do it.

lol. Don't think I'd be able to last the day after if I did upper body parts with full legs. Imagine having doms all over your body? A while ago I did a few weeks of full body workouts and the day after I couldnt move for sh*t. Plus thats a good 1 1/2 hours in the gym for me if I did anything on top of legs. I aint got that much time lol.

lol, hell yeah man! I can hardly take the DOMS concentrated in one part of my body; I can't imagine waking up with my legs and chest absolutely toasted. When I first started training hard I did two full body days (yes, it was stupid but I didn't know any better) and I had some pretty good noob gains off it. I would never ever be able to do something close to that now.
